★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, a CI intercâmbio e a ILAC foram grandes decepções. Escolhi a empresa pelo fato da escola de inglês que queria cursar só fechava negócio através de agencia. Pesquisei algumas e acreditei que a CI realizaria um bom trabalho. Inicialmente, fui bem atendido e foram feitas várias promessas inclusive que a agência tinha parceria com o College que pretendia cursar após o inglês. Logo após o fechamento do contrato, vi que não era bem assim. Descobri que o processo de aconselhamento do visto era pago separadamente. Após pagar todo o valor do curso, entrei em contato pessoalmente com o College que me informou que o curso que eu faria não possibilitaria entrada. Em nenhum momento, a CI me avisou desse fato. Conclusão: solicitei o reembolso que só veio depois de muito tempo, perdi dinheiro, pois o dólar no período valorizou muito e tive que que pagar um professor particular e ter que realizar o exame TOEFL em apenas 1 mês e meio, pois não teria mais tempo para fazer curso de inglês antes do College. Infelizmente, não recomendo a ninguém.
 Unfortunately, CI Interchange and ILAC were major disappointments. I chose the company because the English school I wanted to attend only closed a deal through an agency. I researched some and believed that CI would do a good job. Initially, I was well attended and several promises were made including that the agency had a partnership with the College that intended to study after English. Right after the closing of the contract, I saw that it was not so. I found out that the visa counseling process was paid for separately. After paying the full amount of the course, I contacted the College personally who informed me that the course I would take would not allow entry. At no time did CI warn me of this fact. Conclusion: I asked for the refund that came only after a long time, I lost money, as the dollar in the period appreciated a lot and I had to pay a private teacher and have to take the TOEFL exam in just 1 and a half months, as I would have no more time to take an English course before college. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it to anyone.

We are using their Exchange services for the second time. An incredibly professional company like the few I've ever seen in my life. Committed not only to contractual relations but also to human relations. To them only to thank for the responsibility, attention and affection that took care and still takes care of my son in this experience abroad.
I can guarantee that CI Intercâmbio Salvador's branch through all its employees and board of directors are technically competent.

Alem de muito atenciosos, foram precisos com todas as informações prestadas, atendimentos e reuniões realizadas, tudo organizado, detalhado. Eles sabem o significado para os pais desse sonho de seus filhos estudarem fora. Desde a documentação, suporte com o cambio e envio de moeda. Aliás, minha filha só viajou porque foi com a CI Salvador. Agradeço em especial a Vivian e Jorge, que até hoje, nos dão suporte, inclusive, organizando nossa ida pra formatura de nossa filha. Minha família nunca esquecerá vcs. Iremos nos preparar pra nosso intercâmbio com vcs.
My experience with CI SALVADOR is being the best possible, wonderful. My daughter is doing high school in California, and from the beginning, CI was instrumental. In addition to being very attentive, they were accurate with all the information provided, attendance and meetings held, all organized, detailed. They know the meaning for the parents of this dream of their children to study outside. From the documentation, support with the exchange and sending of currency. In fact, my daughter only traveled because she went with CI Salvador. I am especially grateful to Vivian and Jorge, who, to this day, support us, even organizing our graduation for our daughter. I hired CI to exchange my nephew in Canada and it was a wonderful experience. Always very attentive, especially the attendant Boni. They are very organized, responsible, fair prices, patience and outside they give all the support of the documentation. I really liked it. Probably the next exchanges will be with CI! Professionalism 10000!

No primeiro contato que tivemos com a equipe, já tivemos plena convicção que estávamos no lugar certo. Nossa filha foi para Vancouver, no Canadá. Fez um curso de 4 semanas na ILAC. A Family Hostel foi super atenciosa. O transfer não atrasou, e tudo foi além do que havíamos contratado. Muito melhor do que o encomendado. Fomos muito bem orientados na retirada do PASSAPORTE, do VISTO, e até na compra das passagens aéreas. Já estamos conversando sobre a próxima viagem para Londres. Our daughter went to Vancouver, Canada. She took a 4-week ILAC course. The family hostel was super helpful. The transfer was not delayed, and everything went beyond what we had hired. Nosso filho está fazendo high school há 2 meses em Nevada, está super feliz com a escola e a host family, e só tenho a agradecer a Vivian e ao Boni por nos darem confiança, suporte em todas as fases, além do excelente atendimento. Recomendo!
When we decided to make our son's dream come true, we did research at various agencies, and CI Salvador was chosen. Our son has been in high school for two months in Nevada, is super happy with the school and host family, and I just have to thank Vivian and Boni for giving us confidence, support at every stage, and great service. I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meu filho fez inicialmente um curso de inglês durante 3 meses em Vancouver e a CI Salvador foi perfeita no antes, durante e depois. Em seguida, ele retornou e cursou o High School e a CI foi de fundamental importância e contribuiu positivamente durante todo o processo (inclusive no apoio emocional para uma “mãe aflita” cujo filho de 17 anos estava se mudando para outro país).
Recomendo a CI com veemência e total tranquilidade. Tive experiências anteriores através da minha filha que me trouxeram transtorno e decepção (com duas agências de intercâmbio também famosas) e a CI Salvador é incomparavelmente a melhor em todos os sentidos.
Ressalto sobremaneira a total disponibilidade e atenção da gerente Vivian Neder que, junto com Boni e demais funcionários, foram de suprema importância para o sucesso do meu filho que hoje cursa o quarto ano de engenharia na Simon Fraser University em Vancouver.
My son initially took an English course for 3 months in Vancouver and CI Salvador was perfect in the before, during and after. Then he returned and attended high school and CI was of fundamental importance and contributed positively throughout the process (including emotional support for a "distressed mother" whose 17-year-old son was moving to another country).
I recommend CI with vehemence and total tranquility. I have had previous experiences through my daughter that have brought me upset and disappointment (with two equally famous exchange agencies) and CI Salvador is incomparably the best in every way.
I greatly emphasize the full availability and attention of the manager Vivian Neder who, along with Boni and other employees, were of paramount importance to the success of my son who is currently attending his fourth year of engineering at Simon Fraser University in Vancouver.
