★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, os valores dos veículos nunca são os anunciados previamente, o valor dos veículos são totalmente fora da realidade de mercado e acima da tabela FIPE e curiosamente o seu veículo quando é avaliado o valor é jogado muito abaixo do que realmente vale e muito, muito abaixo da tabela FIPE. Os vendedores acham que só eles tem razão e te tratam como se estivessem te fazendo um favor. Não existe a menor flexibilidade nas negociações, deve ser por isso que tem carros que mofam a mais de 1 ano na loja. Enfim é SURREAL.
 Poor service, vehicle values are never the ones previously announced, vehicle values are totally out of the market reality and above the FIPE table and interestingly your vehicle is evaluated when the value is thrown far below what it is worth and a lot, far below the FIPE table. Salespeople think that only they are right and treat you as if they are doing you a favor. There is no flexibility in the negotiations, which must be why there are cars that mold for more than 1 year in the store. Anyway it's SURREAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível , vendedor completamente sem educação , ainda bem que nem cheguei a abrir negócio se só na conversa já era assim imagina se tivesse algum problema pós venda com seria . Galera tomem cuidado o que começa ruim só piora .
Horrible service, completely uneducated salesman, thankfully I didn't even open a business if it was just in conversation, so imagine if you had any post-sale problems with it. Guys take care what starts bad only gets worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vi o anuncio de um veiculo e entrei em contato com eles por whatsapp, a pessoa que me atendeu não quis de forma nenhuma me passar o valor do veiculo, insistindo o tempo todo que eu fosse la ver o mesmo, um completo absurdo. depois de muito tentar saber o valor do veiculo desisti da compra. Empresas assim não deveriam mais existir, não respeitam o cliente.

Na ocasião solicitei mais fotos e videos de um veiculo de meu interesse ao qual o Ailton se recusou a enviar alegando por várias vezes que as fotos do veículo eram somente as que estavam disponíveis no anúncio do Mercado Livre, também se negou a fazer mais fotos e videos como era de meu desejo. Péssimo exemplo de profissional, se mostrou totalmente desinteressado na venda ou negociação.
Bad company. I'm from SP and I'm in contact via whatsapp I spoke with Ailton. At the time, I requested more photos and videos of a vehicle of interest to which Ailton refused to send, claiming several times that the photos of the vehicle were only those available in the Mercado Livre advertisement, he also refused to take more photos and videos as it was my wish. A terrible example of a professional, he was totally uninterested in selling or negotiating.
