★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui atendida pela Secretária Maria que é calma, educada, atenciosa e pelo Veterinário Dr. Murilo/CRMV 10.91 que percebi ser competente, dedicado ao tratamento Veterinário e passou tranquilidade ao meu felino q ficou quieto e em paz. O ambiente é limpo, claro, arejado e tranquilo. Qto ao preço não poderei opinar pq utilizo plano de saúde q cobre as despesas. Super recomendo, boa tarde, grata!
I was attended by Secretary Maria, who is calm, polite, attentive, and by Veterinarian Dr. Murilo / CRMV 10.91, who I perceived to be competent, dedicated to Veterinary treatment and gave peace to my feline who was quiet and at peace. The environment is clean, bright, airy and peaceful. As for the price, I won't be able to give an opinion because I use a health plan that covers expenses. I highly recommend, good afternoon, thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha esposa foi até o local realizar um exame de sangue em meu pet, o mesmo possui atendimento pelo health 4 pet, um plano de saude pet. Na clinica minha esposa foi informada pela recepção que o plano não tinha autorizado, então ela retornou para casa. Entrei em contato com o plano para saber o motivo e me foi informado que a clinica solicitou e a própria clinica cancelou a solicitação porque não aguardou a liberação por parte do plano alegando na observação do cancelamento junto ao plano que nao havia ninguém para liberar, a atendente do plano me orientou que realmente por ser final de semana as vezes pode demorar um pouco mais, porém a conduta do prestador não é a correta haja visto que em nenhum momento houve resposta negativa do plano.. registrarem uma reclamação formal junto a health 4 pet deste estabelecimento, paguei transporte para levar meu pet atoa ao local.
