★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive hoje na clínica para uma consulta, e fiquei surpresa com a estrutura e com o atendimento, em especial com a recepcionista Julyany, que foi muito atenciosa, educada e solicita.
Continuem assim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível, demora no atendimento, ninguém pode ajudar, meu pai me mandou uma audio e pediu para eu realizar uma reclamação longa ele está lá desda 7 da manhã sem tomar nada, pq tinha que ir em jejum e até agora não foi atendido, ele tenta falar com alguém mais ninguém ajuda ele, e nem tentam resolver da melhor forma, estão tudo de péssimo humor e olha q meu pai está em jejum e deveria está pior que eles, acho um absurdo e ainda não querem da o dia para meu pai, vão dá só as horas de 7 até sei lá, pq ele ainda está lá esperando. São 13:13 e nada ainda. Péssimo atendimento, não dá pra ser zero estrelas não indico a ninguém.

It's 1:13 pm and still nothing. Terrible service, it can't be zero stars, I don't recommend it to anyone.

Ela foi muito atenciosa, respondeu todas as minhas perguntas, marcou tudo q eu precisava e me deu anotado, pq eu disse que esquecia. Teve muita atenção e cuidado comigo, me explicou tudo q tinha dúvidas. Me senti muito bem tratada. Certamente continuarei meu tratamento com vocês. muito Obrigada.

Pessoal educado com boa comunicação horários cumpridos, ótima recepção, todos os ambientes muito limpos, Protocolos p/ o Covid bem definidos. Só tenho elogios a fazer ao Serviço dessa Clínica e a seus excelentes Médicos e profissionais da saúde.
Deixo aqui também o meu elogio em especial a Funcionária da recepção DAYANA, pessoas muito atenciosa que resolveu todas as minhas solicitações e dúvidas. Parabéns pelo excelente atendimento, ótima profissional.
The service at Cia do Médico de Bangu is excellent. Polite staff with good communication, schedules met, great reception, all environments very clean, protocols for Covid well defined. I can only praise the Service of this Clinic and its excellent Doctors and health professionals.
