A vendedora escreveu: "Da sim de certeza pra entregar dia 19 porq tem uma cliente que nao vai poder receber logo o sofa dela porq vai ta em reforma." E NÃO ENTREGARAM NA DATA PROMETIDA. Até sabiam desde sempre que não entregaria. Pq preferiram o pagamento no cartão e não por transferência bancária, já que a metade seria paga apenas na entrega. NUNCA CONTRATE ESSE EMPRESA

AND DIDN'T DELIVER ON THE PROMISED DATE. They have always known that he would not deliver. Because they preferred payment by card and not by bank transfer, since half would be paid only on delivery. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima, na hora de encomendar sofá , é a maior propaganda do serviço. Demoraram a entregar, não foi feito com o tecido que escolhi. Trocaram sem me chamar para escolher, o enchimento das almofadas dos encostos de péssima qualidade. Reclamei, fizeram um arremedo. Conjunto de sofá muito caro e não ficou como deveria,tecido feio,espinhoso. Ainda por cima não dão nota fiscal. Lá só serve para cobrir a peça,para fabricação, são péssimos, lesam o cliente. O tecido trocado da poltrona foi aquablok,pois os gatos não desfiam e tona no pedido as referências. Agora o conjunto de sofá de R$4.700,00, que pedi aquablok, nem tecido aquablok nem o escolhido. Fotos falam mais, fora que a nota fiscal do sofá nada. Onde isso é aquablok?

Very expensive sofa set and it didn't look as it should, ugly, spiny fabric. On top of that, they don't give an invoice. There it only serves to cover the piece, for manufacturing, they are terrible, they hurt the customer. The fabric changed from the armchair was aquablok, as the cats do not unravel and the references are surfaced on request. Now the sofa set of R $ 4,700.00, which I ordered aquablok, neither aquablok fabric nor the chosen one. Pictures speak more, outside the invoice of the sofa nothing. Where is this aquablok?
