O primeiro problema: enviaram duas pessoas a pé para buscar as cadeiras; uma delas, logo que saiu do edifício carregando duas cadeiras, deixou uma cair, danificando-a. Por isso, foi necessário envernisar as cadeiras, para esconder o dano que foi feito. Nos prometeram entregar as cadeiras com menos de uma semana; no total, foram 3 semanas. Este atraso deveu-se à necessidade de envernizar e, quando nos entregaram as cadeiras, já com muito atraso, o serviço ficou muito aquém do esperado, com um acabamento de péssima qualidade no revestimento. Então, devolvemos as cadeiras e foi preciso mais uma semana, para que o serviço fosse refeito.

So it was necessary to varnish the chairs, to hide the damage that was done. We were promised to deliver the chairs in less than a week; in total it was 3 weeks. This delay was due to the need to varnish and, when the chairs were delivered to us, which were already too late, the service was far from what we expected, with a poor quality finish on the coating. So, we returned the chairs and it took another week for the service to be redone.
