Pedi um terno 48 slim e ele me deu um pra provar, achando que era 48 pois ele tinha dado e eu tinha dito que queria 48, após ajeita tudo e realizar a compra, quando fui buscar o terno e cheguei em casa que percebi que era modelo 50 e nem se importam em realizar a troca pois o erro foi deles e do vendendor que engana os clientes. Triste ver lojas com pessoas desse tipo trabalhando nelas.
The seller only cares about selling, sad service. I asked for a 48 slim suit and he gave me one to try on, thinking it was 48 because he had given it and I had said I wanted 48, after getting everything right and making the purchase, when I went to get the suit and got home I realized it was model 50 and they don't even care about making the exchange because the mistake was theirs and the seller who deceives customers. Sad to see stores with people like that working in them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para comprar e conferir o atendimento, pois alguns clientes informaram ter sido mal atendidos. Infelizmente, confirmei. Cheguei cedo com minha esposa, éramos os únicos clientes na loja. A pessoa que nos atendeu entregou a camisa e ignorou nossa presença. Assim mesmo comprei, pois era um presente específico. Não volto lá e nem indico.
I went to buy and check the service, as some customers reported having been poorly attended. Unfortunately, I confirmed. I arrived early with my wife, we were the only customers in the store. The person who answered us handed over the shirt and ignored our presence. I bought it anyway, because it was a specific gift. I won't go back and don't recommend.
