★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buen shopping. En una zona de facil acceso. Solo hay importantes marcas en sus pisos. Tiene un gran patio de comidas. Muy recomendable y los precios, por lo menos para los argentinos, no son descomunales.

Espaço bom para circulação nos corredores, elevadores, escadas rolante facilitam o acesso, estacionamento com sistemas de luzes nas vagas, vc não precisa ficar procurando, organização impecável, boas opções de restaurantes (também de franquias famosas), e as opções populares também estão aqui. No último piso estão fazendo uma ampliação e criação de uma praça de alimentação o que deve melhorar bastante para aqueles que vão para um lanche rápido, ou apenas sentar para um café, o inconveniente da reforma com certeza vale a pena, pois todos gostarão das melhorias, o enfeite de natal é um espetáculo a parte : ursos de pelúcia gigantescos tornam o lugar convidativo para as crianças, e por falar em crianças como não poderia faltar o papai noel está neste período natalino á disposição das crianças, se for ao leblon reserve um dia para conhecer o shoping e fazer umas comprinhas.

Muito ruim.
Pedi 3 modelos para experimentar. Do modelo que gostei mais pedi a vendedora para me trazer outras estampas. Ai ela perguntou, não gostou deste? Eu disse q não tinha gostado muito da estampa, achei meio espalhafatoso ai ela começou a retucar que outro que eu tinha dito q havia comprado era mais , eu educamente disse que era gosto e que deveríamos discutir. Pedi pra ela trazer outras estampas do mesmo modelo e ela diase que eu deveria escolher quais. Ora eu estava de maio e não iria ficar dentro da loja e tb não queria ter q mevestir novamente e depois tirar tudo novamente. Ainda insisti mas não adiantou. Sucumbi à falta de vontade dela me atender. Na saída não falei nada e ela veio com im "tchau meu bem", um comentário bastante sarcástico. acredito q esta profissional esteja precisando de treinamento. Isto foi sábado dia 20/01/18 em torno das 16:00.
No shopping da Gávea tive um atendimento de outro nível, a vendedora super solícita e com vontade de atender o cliente. Não entro mais na loja do Rio Sul.

Too bad.
I ordered 3 models to try. The model I liked the most asked the salesperson to bring me other prints. Then she asked, didn't you like this one? I said I didn't like the print very much, I found it a bit fussy, then she started to retweet that another one I had said I had bought was more, I politely said it was a taste and that we should discuss it. I asked her to bring other prints of the same model and she said I should choose which ones. Now I was in May and I wasn't going to stay inside the store and I didn't want to have to dress again and then take everything off again. I still insisted but it didn't help. I succumbed to her unwillingness to assist me. On the way out I didn't say anything and she came up with "goodbye my dear", a very sarcastic comment. I believe that this professional is in need of training. This was Saturday the 20/01/18 around 16:00.
At the Gávea mall, I had a service of another level, the super helpful saleswoman and willing to serve the customer. I don't go to the Rio Sul store anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice mall in one of Rio's best neighborhoods. Tons of stores. V. busy on a Saturday afternoon. The gelateria had a crazy line, coming and going. The Havaiana store is official, not a franchise.
