★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência com a aula da unidade do Shopping Leblon. Professora extremamente despreparada e grosseira. Muito abaixo das minhas expectativas. Tenho anos de experiência com aula de Bike. Realmente não consigo entender como as pessoas pagam para ir.
 Bad experience with the class at the Shopping Leblon unit. Extremely unprepared and rude teacher. Way below my expectations. I have years of experience with Bike class. I really can't understand how people pay to go.

Mas a comunicação na recepção da unidade Leblon é péssima.
Por telefone liguei em horários diferentes durante o dia e ninguém atendeu e por e-mail fui ignorada.
Me senti muito enganada pois me ofereceram um pacote promocional, mas como não consegui contato com a recepção acabei comprando outra aula avulsa para valer a ida até o Leblon e não fui avisada que assim a promoção era inválidada.
Fica o aviso para mais ninguém cometer esse erro.
Gostaria de fazer uma Errata nesse comentário:
No dia seguinte desse ocorrido, a equipe do Leblon entrou em contato comigo e assim conseguimos esclarecer o ocorrido e o atendimento foi nota 10.
The classes are incredible,
But the communication at the Leblon unit reception is terrible.
By phone I called at different times during the day and no one answered and by email I was ignored.
I felt very deceived because they offered me a promotional package, but as I was unable to contact the reception, I ended up buying another separate class to make it worth the trip to Leblon and I was not warned that the promotion was invalid.
It is a warning for anyone else to make this mistake.
I would like to make an Errata in this comment:
On the following day of this event, the Leblon team contacted me and we were able to clarify what happened and the service was rated 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles oferecem uma modalidade própria de aula de bike indoor. É uma aula muito energética como toda aula de spinning deveria ser, cujo foco é sentir a música, dançar e suar. Muito revigorante a energia da aula. Muito limpo ambiente, banheiros, sapatilhas. Acho a música muito alta, mas para isso eles oferecem um protetor auricular que resolve bem. Eu só gostaria de sugerir que abrissem mais horários, pois as aulas esgotam muito rápido. Tem sido impossível agendar nos finais de semana. Uma outra sugestão é de que poderiam oferecer também como alternativa a modalidade spinning tradicional ou ciclismo indoor: atingiria um outro tipo de público (atletas e amantes de ciclismo e spinning).
They offer their own indoor bike class. It's a very energetic class like every spinning class should be, which focuses on feeling the music, dancing and sweating. Very invigorating the energy of the class. Very clean environment, bathrooms, sneakers. I think the music is too loud, but for that they offer a hearing protector that works well. I would just like to suggest that they open more hours as classes fill out very quickly. It has been impossible to schedule weekends. Another suggestion is that they could also offer as an alternative the traditional spinning modality or indoor cycling: it would reach a different type of public (athletes and lovers of cycling and spinning).

A estrutura do local é ótima, com vestiários com chuveiro, armário individual e sempre muita limpeza.
Os professores são incríveis.
É fornecido a sapatilha especifica para a prática.
O Studio fica no quarto andar do shopping Leblon, ao lado do Outback.
Try it and you will enjoy it a lot!
The structure of the place is great, with changing rooms with shower, individual locker and always very clean.
Teachers are amazing.
The specific shoe for the practice is provided.
The Studio is located on the fourth floor of the Leblon mall, next to the Outback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sou a mais assídua de aulas de bike, já fui algumas vezes em SP onde morava, mas fui conhecer a unidade Leblon pois moro no rio há 1 ano, moro praticamente ao lado e ainda não conhecia. Aula boa, animada, porém a professora me pareceu um pouco grossa e sem paciência, principalmente com os iniciantes.
Parece que não gosta de ter alunos iniciantes nas suas aulas,passou vários momentos falando: batam palmas, vocês estão cansados porque são iniciantes. Esqueceu que veterano de hoje foi o iniciante de ontem, sem os iniciantes as aulas acabariam..eu, pelo menos, iniciante que sou, vou pra pedalar e gastar calorias; não estou interessada numa competição com a professora nem com os “veteranos”!
I'm not the most assiduous of bike classes, I've been to SP a few times where I used to live, but I went to see the Leblon unit because I've lived in Rio for 1 year, I live practically next door and I still didn't know it. Good class, lively, but the teacher seemed a little rude and impatient, especially with beginners.
It seems that he doesn't like having beginner students in his classes, he spent several moments saying: clap your hands, you are tired because you are beginners. You forgot that today's veteran was yesterday's beginner, without the beginners the classes would end.. I, at least, the beginner that I am, I go to cycle and burn calories; I'm not interested in a competition with the teacher or the “old-timers”!
