★ ★ ★ ★ ★ por 2 vezes fui consultar preços e procurar acessórios. o local é bem inspirador, os produtos expostos atraentes, mas definitivamente não são nada simpáticos! tive a impressão que eu estava incomodando a pessoa que atendia com minhas perguntas. aliás, isso comum (na tijuca) em cicles, a menos que vc chegue pilotando uma magrela de R$7.000,00 em diante...aí servem até cafezinho! como gosto de cordialidade e um bom papo, é óbvio que não volto mais lá!
twice I went to check prices and look for accessories. the place is very inspiring, the products on display are attractive, but definitely not friendly at all! I had the impression that I was bothering the person who answered my questions. by the way, this is common (in tijuca) in cicles, unless you arrive piloting a skinny from R $ 7.000,00 onwards ... then they even serve coffee! as I like cordiality and a good chat, it's obvious that I won't be back there!

Voltei lá mais 2 vezes para repararem, não resolveram e ainda me mandaram colocar fones de ouvido caso não quisesse ouvir barulho ao pedalar E ainda falaram que a bicicleta não é boa e tem peças ruins. Funcionários mal educados, impacientes, com atendimento péssimo e caro! Nunca mais volto e nem indico para ninguém! Só atendem bem quem tem bicicleta cara!
I took my bike to ride and they returned with the rear rim making noise and warping.
I went back there 2 more times to fix it, they didn't solve it and they even told me to put headphones on if I didn't want to hear noise when pedaling. Rude, impatient employees, with terrible and expensive service! I will never come back and I will not recommend it to anyone! Only those who have expensive bikes are well served!

Conseguiram deixá-la acima das expectativas, e reaproveitando peças. Ou seja, trabalho honesto e no prazo combinado. Fui muito bem atendido pelo Marcelo que gosta do que faz. Viraram minha referência na Tijuca. Nota 10.
