Leopoldina's excellent and traditional bicycle house, founded in 1981, follows the standard of good repairs and accessories for all cycles, renovations, paintings, etc. He enjoyed cycling competitions with his own team. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há alguns meses fui até a loja para conserto da minha bicicleta, o vendedor disse q eu teria que trocar meu pneu por um novo pois o meu estava rasgado, paguei a troca do pneu R$50,00 entre outros consertos que minha bike precisava no total gastei mais de R$200,00 até aí tudo bem, pois a bike estava muito tempo parada e sem manutenção. Hoje precisei trocar o pneu novamente pois furou, e para minha surpresa, o pneu era de segunda mão, estava todo rasgado por dentro e com um pedaço de pneu velho tapando vários buracos que o pneu tinha. Um absurdo e falta de respeito com o cliente, paguei um pneu novo e recebi um pneu velho todo remendado. Na hora q recebi a bicicleta não reparei e nunca desconfiaria que uma loja tão antiga fosse fazer um negócio desses com um cliente. Muito desapontada, nunca mais volto!!!
A few months ago I went to the store to repair my bike, the salesman said I would have to change my tire for a new one because mine was torn, I paid R$50.00 to change the tire, among other repairs that my bike needed in total I spent more than R$200.00 so far, it was ok, because the bike was out of action for a long time and without maintenance. Today I needed to change the tire again because it had a flat, and to my surprise, the tire was second hand, it was all torn inside and with a piece of old tire covering several holes that the tire had. An absurd and lack of respect for the customer, I paid for a new tire and received an old tire all patched. When I got the bike I didn't notice and I would never suspect that such an old store would do such a deal with a customer. Very disappointed, I will never come back!!!
