★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu e minhas filhas eramos paciente da DR Andrea e gostavamos muito, porem houve mudança de profissional, os pacientes não foram informados, quando marquei com outra profissional, desmarcaram a consulta no dia, não dando satisfação de quando seria remarcado, quando liguei no dia seguinte, queriam remarcar para 02 semanas depois, o que mostra um descaso com o paciente, não existe exceção(encaixe) para pacientes com urgência já que o problema foi com eles , uma falta de respeito ! Não indico !!
My daughters and I were a patient of DR Andrea and we liked it very much, but there was a change of professional, the patients were not informed, when I made an appointment with another professional, they made the appointment the day, not giving satisfaction when it would be rescheduled, when I called the next day , wanted to reschedule for 2 weeks later, which shows a disregard for the patient, there is no exception (fit) for patients with urgency since the problem was with them, a lack of respect! I do not indicate !!
