Fui trocar a câmara de ar da minha bicicleta e perguntei à moça da recepção se eu poderia tirar uma dúvida com o moço que arrumava a minha bicicleta e ela disse que sim. Ao entrar no espaço onde a bike estava sendo consertada, em menos de 1 minuto a mesma moça entrou e pediu para eu me retirar e aguardar na recepção, pois era comum as pessoas entrarem lá tocando nas coisas e ela "tinha que ficar esperta". Achei o comentário rude e desagradável e não respondi. Me retirei e voltei para a recepção.
Após alguns minutos, o moço que consertava a minha bicicleta me informou que o furo na câmara não daria para ser remendado e eu teria de comprar uma câmara nova. Eu concordei e continuei aguardando. Vi que ele voltou e percebeu que não haviam câmaras disponíveis para o modelo do meu pneu, então realizou o remendo do furo rapidamente e me disse que ele tinha feito um "serviço de mestre" conseguido consertar o estrago na minha câmara de ar (ficou nítido que queriam me empurrar uma câmara nova para que eu pagasse mais, mas no caminho perceberam que não tinham câmara disponível para venda. Amadores).
Na hora do pagamento, eu informei que pagaria com cartão de crédito (foi a única coisa que levei no bolso do shorts) e a recepcionista ficou claramente irritada, dizendo "Você vai pagar esse valor no cartão de crédito? AÍ FICA BEM COMPLICADO, NÉ? Pai, libera o pagamento desse serviço no CARTÃO DE CRÉDITO?".
Incrivelmente constrangedor.
Obviamente, não retornarei. É um muquifo.
The repair is good, but the service is very amateur.
I went to change the tube of my bicycle and asked the girl at the reception if I could ask a question with the guy who was fixing my bicycle and she said yes. Upon entering the space where the bike was being repaired, in less than 1 minute the same girl came in and asked me to leave and wait at the reception, as it was common for people to go there touching things and she "had to be smart". I found the comment rude and unpleasant and did not respond. I left and went back to the reception.
After a few minutes, the boy who repaired my bicycle informed me that the hole in the chamber would not be fixed and I would have to buy a new camera. I agreed and kept waiting. I saw that he came back and realized that there were no chambers available for my tire model, so he quickly fixed the puncture and told me that he had done a "master job" managed to fix the damage in my inner tube (it was clear who wanted to push me a new camera so I could pay more, but on the way they realized they didn't have a camera available for sale.
At the time of payment, I informed that I would pay by credit card (it was the only thing I took in my shorts pocket) and the receptionist was clearly irritated, saying "Are you going to pay this amount on your credit card? ? Dad, do you release the payment for this service on the CREDIT CARD? ".
Incredibly embarrassing.
Obviously, I will not return. It's a muquifo.

O senhor muito gente boa, super simpático. Porém a atendente fica fazendo uma cara parecendo que você está lá pedindo esmolas pra eles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu comprei o par de cubos freio a disco , levei pra montar com eles msm , o dono da loja é muito simpático engraçado etc , cheguei lá um magrelo falou que o quadro da minha bike estava condenado por isso não daria pra colocar o freio a disco , aí falamos que não dava pra trocar o quadro da bike não tinha condição No momento , aí em segundos ele falou que dava sim , aí inventou um problema na roda , que a roda estava não seu oq não tinha furus pro cubo encaixar da roda , aí ele ia fazer eu compra outra roda , aí falou que não tinha cubos na loja estava faltando , chegou o seu Valdir é falou que tinha chegado cubo novo é daria na minha bike , é quando estava montando o magrelo ia colocar outro cubo na minha bike Só que não colocar o novo Aí reclamei e ele arrumou , chegando em casa fiquei olhando pra ela o magrelo inverteu a minha roda , o símbolo da aero está um pro lado direito outro pro esquerdo

Não fizeram o serviço combinado que era a troca da catraca traseira, sai de lá com uma usada qdo o combinado era trocar por uma nova! O Dono insistiu que havia sido trocada mas não foi, confirmado em outra bicicletaria e pela pessoa que me indicou essa loja.
Pintaram o pé de vela de preto sem minha autorização, mal pintado ainda, não se deram nem o trabalho de tirar o pedal pra pintar!
Tiraram uma peça da marcha do guidão que nem no serviço estava, também sem autorização que ficou lá! Só vi depois.
Pra finalizar ninguém usa máscara na loja.
Nunca mais eu volto!

They didn't do the combined service, which was the exchange of the rear turnstile, leave with a used one when the arrangement was to exchange for a new one! The Owner insisted that it had been changed but it wasn't, confirmed at another bike shop and by the person who referred me to this store.
They painted the foot of the candle black without my permission, it's barely painted yet, they didn't even bother to remove the pedal to paint!
They took a part from the gear of the handlebars that wasn't even in the service, also without authorization that was left there! I only saw it later.
Finally, no one wears a mask in the store.
I'll never come back!
