★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou insatisfeito como cliente, ontem 23 de Outubro o valor da bicicleta aro 16 infantil era R$425,00 hoje 24 de Outubro um dia depois a Bicicleta está R$ 510,00 . Esse local precisa urgentemente de uma fiscalização, vários estabelecimentos na verdade. O Procon precisa fiscalizar e garantir nossos direitos quanto consumidor. Fiquei frustrado quando cheguei na loja e fui abordado com esse valor. Não comprei e não comprarei! Estarei registrando a causa juntos aos órgãos de fiscalização já que tenho provas suficientes.
 I am dissatisfied as a customer, yesterday 23 October the value of the rim 16 children's bicycle was R $ 425.00 today 24 October the day after the bicycle is R $ 510.00. This place is in urgent need of inspection, several establishments actually. Procon needs to inspect and guarantee our rights as a consumer. I was frustrated when I arrived at the store and was approached with that amount. I didn't buy it and I won't buy it! I will be filing the cause with the supervisory bodies since I have enough evidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre comprei aqui minhas bicicletas, fui muito bem atendida. Quando lota requer um pouco de paciência no atendimento... mas nada fora do normal e agora a loja está linda de cara nova. Recomendo !
I always bought my bikes here, I was very well attended. When it sells it requires a little patience in the service ... but nothing out of the ordinary and now the store looks beautiful with a new face. I recommend !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, cheguei lá pra comprar uma bike pro meu filho fiquei olhando e ninguém veio mi atender olhei pro balcão tinha uma moça só pra lá é pra cá tive q perguntar si alguém poderia mi atender, depois de um tempo veio falaram valores aí cheguei a comprar, fui ao caixa efetuar o pagamento enquanto isso colocaram a bike na parte da frente da loja eu pensando q iriam da uma lubrificada ou regular o freio pois não estava regulado q nada nem vi mais o vendedor pra fazer a vistoria da nota no final a moça do caixa nem sabia o tempo de garantia mas o adesivo q a mesma colocou tinha dizendo depois de procurar outro vendedor mi falou aí tive q voltar no balcão de novo pra da o ok na nota pra poder eu levar a bike, nunca mais volto nessa loja ...
Terrible service, I got there to buy a bike for my son, I kept looking and no one came to meet me I looked at the counter there was a girl just over there and here I had to ask if anyone could meet me, after a while they came, they said values, then I got to buy, I went to the cashier to make the payment in the meantime they put the bike in the front of the store, thinking they would do a lubricated one or adjust the brake because it wasn't regulated, and I didn't even see the seller to inspect the bill at the end. The cashier girl didn't even know the warranty period but the sticker she put on it said after looking for another salesperson I said I had to go back to the counter again to give the note ok so I could take the bike, I'll never go back to this store ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu comprei MAYDANY já faz um tempo pretendo voltar! só acho que deveria ter um site mostrando as Bicicletas e os preços pra você já sair de casa decidido o que comprar, bom fora isso eu super recomendo.
I bought MAYDANY a while ago and plan to return! I just think there should be a website showing the Bikes and prices so you can leave the house already decided what to buy, well apart from that I highly recommend it.
