Agradeço imensamente a todos da clínica que estiveram conosco e trataram tão bem tanto meu cão, como nós da família. Um beijo em especial para a Dra. Lara, Dra. Annaline, Dra. Gabriela e Dra. Yasmin.  My dog had to undergo surgery to remove a benign nodule and we were very well taken care of and followed up at the clinic... from the reception service, to the doctors, technicians and general services assistant. I am immensely grateful to everyone at the clinic who was with us and treated my dog and our family so well. A kiss especially for Dr. Lara, Dr. Annaline, Dr. Gabriella and Dr. Yasmin. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amo a Cigavet! Meu cachorro ficou internado por duas semanas na clínica e trataram ele com todo o cuidado e carinho. Trataram como se fosse filho deles. Fiquei muito feliz com o atendimento e agora só levo meus cachorros nessa clínica. Sou apaixonada!!! ??
I love Cigavet! My dog was hospitalized for two weeks at the clinic and they treated him with all care and affection. They treated him as if he were their son. I was very happy with the service and now I only take my dogs to this clinic. I'm in love!!! ??

Priscilla e Dra Joana e seus assistentes ….. enfim à todos para não me esquecer de nenhum. Cheguei à clínica com minha dachshund Gabi com um quadro de intoxicação alimentar. Minha pequena foi atendida com extrema dedicação o que resultou em uma recuperação fantástica saindo da clínica perfeita. Agradeço a clínica CIGAVET | Veterinaria 24h] e à todos fica a minha recomendação de um corpo de profissionais de excelência.
I would like to share with everyone the excellent work of all members of the CIGAVET | Veterinary 24h], from the reception to the veterinarians Dr. Priscilla and Dr Joana and their assistants ….. finally everyone so I don't forget any. I arrived at the clinic with my dachshund Gabi with food poisoning. My little one was treated with extreme dedication which resulted in a fantastic recovery leaving the clinic perfect. Great professionals, I recommend with my eyes closed! I arrived with my little dog almost dying with a compromised lung after a trauma in another pet shop. Dr Lara is very attentive! They saved my dog's life. Dr Joana, Eduardo and all the professionals are wonderful, caring, caring and really love what they do. I will be forever grateful ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na primeira vez que fui, levei meu cachorro pra tomar vacina. Já na segunda vez, foi qdo realmente eu precisava de um médico veterinário e não tive ao mínimo até hj um esclarecimento do que realmente meu cachorro teve. Pegue o telefone do veterinário e insisti pra que ele reavaliasse pq dps de uma semana ele não melhorou. Entrei em contato com outro veterinário pedindo ajuda( a que deu a vacina) e ela disse que não poderia ajudar na reavaliação pq não tinha sido ela a avaliar na primeira. Trabalho em hospital, e não entendi o pq de um outro profissional não poder ajudar. Realmente fiquei muito chateada e não retornei com ele, levei em outro. E com certeza não recomendo mais e nem indico. Faltou empatia.
The first time I went, I took my dog to be vaccinated. The second time, it was when I really needed a veterinarian and I didn't have the slightest clarification until today of what my dog really had. Get the vet's phone and I insisted that he reevaluate because after a week he hasn't improved. I contacted another vet asking for help (the one who gave the vaccine) and she said she couldn't help with the reassessment because she hadn't been the one to evaluate the first one. I work in a hospital, and I didn't understand why another professional couldn't help. I was really upset and didn't return with him, I took him to another one. And I definitely don't recommend it anymore. Empathy was lacking.
