Eis que surge Cinata Cordeiro no caminho. Muuuuitos vídeos assistidos, assim como de outros profissionais do ramo, veio a pandemia e adiou nossos planos, pois preferíamos visitar presencialmente os imóveis que nos despertassem interesse.
Finalmente chegamos à João Pessoa e fomos conhecer a Cinata Imóveis. Ambiente acolhedor, fomos atendidos pelo corretor Hermann Santos.
Algumas horas de excelente papo num final de tarde de uma sexta-feira e na manhã de sábado já estávamos visitando apartamentos que se encaixavam no perfil que havíamos lhe passado.
Mais visitas até quinta-feira e no final de tarde com início de noite estávamos acertando preço e demais detalhes contratuais para firmar o contrato de aquisição do apartamento que nos agradara.
A correria valeu a pena!! Sempre acompanhados e assessorados por Hermann tivemos a segurança de estar escolhendo o melhor dentro das pré-condicões acertadas.

In the beginning, a wish. Time serves to settle ideas, evaluate the pros and cons, plan, make sure you are making the best decision. Then begins the phase of searching for the property that meets the established prerequisites.
Behold, Cinata Cordeiro appears on the way. A lot of videos watched, as well as other professionals in the business, the pandemic came and postponed our plans, as we preferred to visit in person the properties that arouse our interest.
We finally arrived in João Pessoa and went to see Cinata Imóveis. Cozy atmosphere, we were attended by the broker Hermann Santos.
A few hours of excellent chat on a Friday afternoon and on Saturday morning we were already visiting apartments that fit the profile we had given him.
More visits until Thursday and in the late afternoon and early evening we were working out the price and other contractual details to sign the contract for the purchase of the apartment that we liked.
The rush was worth it!! Always accompanied and advised by Hermann, we were confident that we were choosing the best within the pre-conditions agreed upon.
Everything went smoothly, without any mishap, Hermann directing objectively, because with each visit he understood our preferences better.
Thursday night, 07.04.22, we left the construction company with the contract in hand.
The experience with Cinata Imóveis exceeded our expectations, in addition to the friendliness that she, Cinata Cordeiro, is in person.
