★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alugamos um imóvel sem pintura, sem tomadas, parte elétrica sem aterramento e agora querem que eu entregue tudo pintado e organizado, negociamos um débito que deixamos com eles e na hora da 1 parcela vão entrar na justiça, nunca lhe retornam, só falam quando é conveniente pra eles, ussa advogados se passando pelos proprietários, mais na verdade são eles mesmo atrás de engordar a dívida, pra vc pagar mais, não façam negócio com eles a pior de João pessoa
