★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ninguém atende o telefone, não consegui um atendimento para tirar dúvidas, quando fui a sala estava toda suja, a poltrona e o chão estava molhada de refrigerante, chamei a atendente e avisei, o filme ja tinha começado, me fizeram esperar para que ela fosse conferir, depois ficou olhando sem saber oque fazer, falei que eu poderia sentar em outra poltrona, mas ela teria que ir conferir se já nao havia sido vendida, resumindo, tive que resolver a situação sozinha praticamente e se o cinema estivesse cheio eu teria que ter usado a poltrona suja.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui com minha família para o lançamento do filme Velozes 9 dia 26/06, fomos muito mal atendidos pelo atendente e pela atendente do balcão onde compra os ingressos, estavam com cara feia e responderam de qualquer maneira minha dúvida sem dar atenção, ambos foram grossos. Minha esposa foi comprar pipoca e era a única coisa que tinha, não tinha chocolate nem outro tipo de alimento, apenas pipoca e guaraná, e tudo muito caro por sinal. Acredito que por ser um lançamento desse nível eles estavam despreparados para atender ao público que vai para se divertir e não para ser mal atendido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessoal reclamando sendo que o preço do ingresso é 16 reais, isso quando não é bem menos na promoção. Domingo paguei 8reais numa sessão as 21h. Vai em um Cinemark imundo qualquer em sp, vc paga o triplo e reza para o rato não subir na sua perna :V enfim, esse Cine Araújo é um cinema bem simples pro povo, reflexo da falta de cultura que se vê por aí. Sempre foi um cinema popular que prioriza filmes infantis e dublados. A experiência vai ser boa se vc quer só passar tempo e não der azar. - Também não gosto de dublado, mas tomaram conta de tudo...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo assim como o shopping, não existem filmes legendado, atendimento no balcão péssimo, atendentes parecem realmente não querer estar ali para isso.
Fora a bagunça com a entrada, mesmo adquirindo o ingresso de entrada pelo site, chegando ao cinema você precisa pegar uma fila que é a mesma de compra na hora com as demais pessoas, o que não faz nenhum sentido, pois é preciso trocar seu ticket impresso pelo deles na hora, além de que por sinal não respeitam normas de distancia e segurança do covid.
Se for direto comprar pipoca ou outros itens também não pode, precisa pegar a fila de ingresso comprar na fila de ingresso e pegar outra fila para pegar pipoca e afins, horrível. Tudo precisa de fila. Deveria haver um totem para resolver tudo , além da questão de só aceitar dinheiro e débito, tudo para complicar mais ainda o divertimento.
Sobre a experiência da sessão, desligam ar condicionado durante a sessão, fora que o filme ficou mudo e precisou a gritos do público da sessão eles ouvirem para então voltarem o filme e aumentarem o volume novamente, lamentável.
Não entregam o mínimo que é apenas passar o filme e entregar conforto na sessão. Nunca mais retorno, já pode fechar assim como o plaza.

- Filas mal sinalizadas (a gente fica perdido)
- Somente aceitam débito ou dinheiro (ainda existe isso?)
- Pagar pra colocar sal chega até a ser cômico isso !(Absurdo)
I went to watch the movie in 3D but the sound was low so I didn't have the immersion experience.
- Poorly signposted queues (we get lost)
- They only accept debit or cash (is that still available?)
- Paying to add salt is even comical! (Absurd)

Fui ao cine sábado a noite, fui atendida no caixa por uma moça que tava no desânimo total; preço das pipocas absurdo, se quiser com sal tem que pagar $0,50 centavos, única coisa pra apreciar os filmes é pipoca com óleo, coca e água. Não medem temperatura ou álcool em gel por conta do Covid. Ar condicionado muito gelado,no outro dia fiquei de cama. Não tem mais disponível os sal saborzinho,não aceitam cartão de crédito.
