Bad service, no respect for priorities, delay in service, employees who gossip instead of serving users. Online service that does not give returns. I'm never coming back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clínica boa, mas em relação ao atendimento muitooooooooooooo demorado, estou com um idoso e a senha preferencial já passou 1h e 20m e não fui chamada, sem contar q muitas pessoas aqui reclamando do mesmo problema.
Good clinic, but in relation to the veryoooooooooooo long service, I have an elderly person and the preferential password has passed 1h and 20m and I was not called, not to mention that many people here complaining about the same problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os Dr. são muito excelente, porém o atendimento é péssimo com as meninas que fica responsável pelo ctt do Whats, cause perdi meu retorno, melhore um pouco sobre isso.
Seja mais rápido pelo atendimento.
The Drs they are very excellent, but the service is terrible with the girls who are responsible for the ctt of Whats, cause I missed my return, improve a little about it.
Be faster for service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisam melhorar muito a questão de atendimento muitoooooo demorado.fiquei mais de uma hora na recepção pra ser chamada! Deveria as entregas de exames serem separadas isso atrapalha muito.agendei a consulta fui no dia marcado e voltei pq não teve e não ligaram pra avisar!!
Fui na próxima semana consulta marcada pra 10 hs e só fui atendida as 2:20 da tarde absurdo!!!!
They need to improve a lot on the issue of very slow service. I spent more than an hour at the reception to be called! The deliveries of exams should be separated, this gets in the way a lot. I scheduled the appointment I went on the scheduled day and came back because they didn't have it and they didn't call to let me know!!
I went next week for an appointment scheduled for 10 pm and I was only attended at 2:20 pm absurd!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento demora muito até mesmo pra fazer a ficha. Sou gestante,senha preferencial,faz 3 horas que estava esperando ser chamada. Só fui atendida depois que reclamei,pq simplesmente pulou a minha senha e de um senhorzinho,e a gente ainda saiu como o errado da história! A recepcionista afirmando que havia sido chamada a nossa senha,quando na verdade não foi. Revoltada!!!!
The service takes a long time to even complete the form. I'm pregnant, password preferred, it's been 3 hours that I was waiting to be called. I was only answered after I complained, because I just skipped my password and a little gentleman's, and we still came out as the wrong one in the story! The receptionist stating that our password had been called, when in fact it wasn't. Angry!!!!
