Estou com minha mãe de 78 anos,em jejum desde as 8:30 nesta clínica, são exatamente 11:45 e ainda aguardando o exame ser realizado.
Total falta de respeito

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito insatisfeita com o novo atendimento, amo a clínica sempre giz tudo aqui, tem um grupo de profissionaismuito bom, mas o atendimento está péssimo, fui fazer um eco o médico atrasou duas horas e ninguém nos dava uma satisfação, fui fazer um ressonância marcada para as 14:00 e só fui atendida as16:45, hoje cheguei as 7:42 para marcar meu horário pra ser atendida, SURPRESA, qdo me chamaram tinha 12 pessoas na minha frente que chegaram depois de mim...isso é inadmissível, hoje a clinica INFELIZMENTE está deixando muito a desejar....voltarei fazer meus exames na dimagem e consultas aqui só as necessárias Dra. Rosana e Marilice .
Very dissatisfied with the new service, I love the clinic, I always chalk everything up here, there is a very good group of professionals, but the service is terrible, I went to do an echo, the doctor was delayed two hours and no one gave us any satisfaction, I went to have an MRI scheduled for at 14:00 and I was only attended to at 16:45, today I arrived at 7:42 to schedule my appointment to be attended, SURPRISE, when they called me there were 12 people in front of me who arrived after me... this is inadmissible, today UNFORTUNATELY the clinic is leaving a lot to be desired....I will go back to do my exams in the dimage and consultations here only the necessary Dr. Rosana and Marilice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento continua demorado e estavam limpando o ar condicionado entre as cadeiras dos clientes, deveriam isolar o local para não ocasionar acidentes,mais atenção por parte dos gestores do hospital seria de muito bom senso, além disso fui fazer ultra som num corredor em reformas , é muito ganância dos donos. Mas tem coisas boas a médica que me atendeu foi muita atenciosa e isso COMPENSA as falhas existentes que devem ser corrigidas,em outros setores o ambiente é agradável!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clinica Bonita, investiram bastante em obras de arte e decoração, mas esqueceram do principal, o atendimento, tudo é extremamente lento e desorganizado, pra receber um simples resultado de um hemograma são de 10 a 15 dias, porque segundo a atendente o exame "vai pra São Paulo".
E ainda tem os médicos arrogantes. me falaram que poderia fazer vários exames ao mesmo tempo, mas depois de passar a manhã toda no último a medica disse que não poderia fazer, e não queria esperar, e ainda foi meio grosseira
Clinica não recomendada!

Mandaram eu chegar cedo pq era HORARIO MARCADO, cheguei 10.30
Ja sao 12.31 e até agora nao fui atendida
Agora me avisaram q remarcaram p 12.40 sem o meu conhecimento e sao 12.32 e so vao me atender daki 50 min
Atendimento PÉSSIMO
só nao vou embora pq perdi a manhã toda de trabalho.
TOTAL FALTA DE RESPEITO COM O PACIENTE

I scheduled an exam at 11.20
They told me to arrive early because it was AN APPOINTMENT, I arrived at 10.30
It's already 12.31 and so far I haven't been answered
Now they told me that they rescheduled for 12.40 without my knowledge and it's 12.32 and they'll only answer me in 50 min
TERRIBLE service
I just don't leave because I missed work all morning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento.Investiram em decoração e esqueceram do atendimento.Exame com hora marcada.!!!.Meu exame marcado para 10 hs,fui atendida 11hs.Funcionarios entram todo instante na sala de exames,onde pacientes aguardam com roupas para fazer o exame e ficam batendo papo,rindo alto e atrapalhando o técnico que fará os exames de imagem! Um desrespeito ao paciente.Um horror.Jamais pedirei exames para este lugar novamente!
Terrible service. Invested in decoration and forgot about service. Exam by appointment.!!!. My exam scheduled for 10 am, I was attended at 11 am. Employees enter the exam room all the time, where patients wait with clothes to take the exam and chatting, laughing out loud and getting in the way of the technician who will do the imaging exams! A disrespect to the patient. A horror. I will never order exams from this place again!
