★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eles são ótimos com a burocracia, porém no auxilio e comunicação com o cliente são um pouco "relaxados". Falta um pouco mais de postura profissional. Estou alugando um apt com eles, e eles me respondem 1 vez no dia...quando me respondem.
 They are great with the bureaucracy, but in helping and communicating with the customer they are a little "relaxed". A little more professional posture is lacking. I am renting an apt with them, and they answer me once a day ... when they answer me.

Fui alugar um imóvel e eles dificultaram o tempo todo. Mas como eu precisava quase aluguei. Mas quando falei que seria através de título de capitalização eles queriam que fizesse o titulo no valor de 12 aluguéis.
Péssimo!
Complicated service! They seem to be always playing for the owner and never willing to solve or help.
I went to rent a property and they made it difficult all the time. But as I needed, I almost rented it. But when I said it would be through a capitalization bond, they wanted me to make the bond in the amount of 12 rentals.
Terrible!

Aluguei um imóvel por 2 anos com eles, fiz diversas melhorias como telas de segurança, trocar torneiras velhas por novas, instalação de toldo (tudo avaliado em quase 5.000 reais). Quando deixei o imóvel, não apenas pediram os itens antigos (e quebrados) de volta (sendo que também queriam ficar com os novos) como me fizeram pagar pela instalação de um novo móvel da cozinha por causa de uma infiltração que já existia antes da minha mudança por negligência do proprietário. O móvel já tinha mais de cinco anos de uso (só 2 sendo meus) e ainda assim tive que pagar por um inteiro novo + instalação. Só não entrei na justiça porque queria liberar logo meu fiador. Enfim, a negociação foi péssima, eles demoravam uma semana pra responder um email, não respondiam nada do que eu falava, e são super antiquados, Não tem nem assinatura digital no meio da pandemia. Evite esse lugar a qualquer custo, pois estão loucos para se aproveitar de cada locatário que passar por lá e ainda vão te tratar mal.
Dishonest, disorganized and lousy service. I rented a property for 2 years with them, made several improvements such as security screens, exchange old taps for new ones, installation of awning (all valued at almost 5,000 reais). When I left the property, not only did they ask for the old (and broken) items back (and they also wanted to keep the new ones) but they made me pay for the installation of a new kitchen furniture because of an infiltration that already existed before mine. change due to the negligence of the owner. The furniture had been in use for more than five years (only 2 being mine) and I still had to pay for a whole new + installation. I just didn't go to court because I wanted to release my guarantor right away. Anyway, the negotiation was terrible, they took a week to answer an email, they didn't answer anything I said, and they are super old-fashioned, they don't even have a digital signature in the middle of the pandemic. Avoid this place at any cost, as they are eager to take advantage of every tenant who passes by and will still treat you badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui inquilino por aproximadamente um ano e meio. Desde que fechei o contrato, o atendimento e contato sobre diversos assuntos foi complicado.
Pedi para avaliar troca do igpm por ipca com a proprietária, sendo 2 meses de antecedência, demoraram 2 meses para retornar e com muita insistência de minha parte.
E para entregar, já vistoriado e perfeitas condições, se recusam a receber a chave mesmo já tendo deixado tudo pago inclusive o pintor (as paredes passaram pela vistoria, mas mesmo assim paguei) e não querem receber a chave...
Resumo, não fechem contrato com essa imobiliária.

Mesmo que encontrando um imóvel ideal a preço bom, se for administrado por eles, não irei alugar. O péssimo trabalho de administração e Locação feito por eles se reflete no que é o hoje a galeria Augusta shops, as moscas, com lojas internas e externas vazias e sem nenhum atrativo. O mesmo a galeria ouro velho que nem sei como esta aberta até hoje.
Durante toda a pandemia a galeria le village ao lado só evoluiu, esta cada dia melhor cheia de lojas e consumidores. A ciranda destruiu a galeria Augusta Shops, podem dar diversas desculpas, mas todos os comerciantes que saíram durante a pandemia deram o mesmo relato. Um trabalho mal feito da Ciranda, nem precisa de relatos, convido vocês a passear por la, façam um bem pela galeria augusta shops e abram mão da administração para alguma empresa mais moderna, inteligência, visionária e marketeira. A administração precisa melhorar o ambiente unir as pessoas, desenvolver e não apenas enviar boletos.
