★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, dexei minha filha no local e ao retirar minha filha no fim fomos lanchar e notei que o seu braço estava bem inchado.
Ao retornar no local para relatar o fato notei que a única menina que tomava conta das crianças tinha ido lanchar e o local estava sem nenhuma pessoa observando as crianças, no local estava apenas a menina do caixa que me informou que não podia fazer nada, em seguida pedi para falar com o responsável do local e a mesma informou que não havia responsável e se eu quisesse fazer qualquer reclamação eu deveria ligar para um número de telefone, no mesmo momento estava passando o segurança no local que me encaminhou ao sac do shopping parque sulacap e em seguida fomos a enfermeira, espero realmente que o shopping tome alguma atitude pois hoje e o braço da minha filha mas amanhã pode ser a cabeça de qualquer criança e ninguém se responsabiliza pelo serviço que e prestado dentro do shopping
