★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sempre abrindo com atrasos de mais de 25 minutos enquanto as pessoas aguardam no sol com seus compromissos e responsabilidades em atraso por conta destes atrasos frequentes em abrir o Ciretran.
Ontem dia 14 de março constatei ao ir novamente a delegacia que colocaram uma cobertura para as pessoas não ficarem expostas ao sol.
Fico muito feliz, principalmente em achar que meu comentário anterior surtiu efeito nos corações dos responsáveis pelo feito da cobertura proporcionando assim um leve conforto as pessoas.

It is always opening with delays of more than 25 minutes while people wait in the sun with their commitments and responsibilities in arrears because of these frequent delays in opening Ciretran.
Yesterday, March 14th, I noticed when I went to the police station again that they put a cover so people wouldn't be exposed to the sun.
I am very happy, especially in finding that my previous comment had an effect on the hearts of those responsible for the feat of the coverage, thus providing a slight comfort to people.

Pq não atendem telefone não trabalha o dia todo em relação a assuntos de documentação de veículos e CNH nada funciona nesse Detran de Divinópolis é uma vergonha!
For God's sake, I had to take this Detran pass to the city hall or something...
Because they don't answer the phone, they don't work all day in relation to matters of vehicle documentation and CNH nothing works in this Detran in Divinópolis, it's a shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Fui extremamente maltratada na frente de várias pessoas por simplesmente pedir uma informação. Local extremamente bagunçado e com pessoas muito ignorantes. Uma pena não ter fiscalização em órgãos públicos!
Terrible attendance. I was extremely mistreated in front of several people for simply asking for information. Extremely messy place with very ignorant people. It is a pity that there is no supervision in public bodies!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ é sem duvidas alguma o pior serviço publico do Brasil, telefone eles tiram do gancho para não atender, oficialmente o horário deveria ser 8 as 12 e de 14 as 17 porem na pratica ninguém trabalha, abrem quando quer e faz como querem, as vezes fica dias para resolver um simples problema, acho que deveria ter um apoio coletivo junto com algum politico e exigir do ministério publico uma punição severa contra esses ditos profissionais.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, Deus me livre! Me mudei pra São Gonçalo do Pará a menos de um mês. Precisei ir nesse CIRETRAN pra importar o prontuário da minha CNH que é do Rio de Janeiro pra poder fazer um curso. Simplesmente criaram um monte de obstáculos pra não proceder com o servico (e não fizeram), mesmo eu estando com a taxa paga e os documentos todos na mão. Na boa, Divinópolis está mal de funcionários públicos. Se bem que os funcionários públicos estão pouco se lixando pro bom atendimento, no final do mês seus salários estarão lá, atendendo bem ou mal. Tinham é que privatizar tudo, aí sim o atendimento iria melhorar.
Terrible service, God forbid! I moved to São Gonçalo do Pará less than a month ago. I had to go to this CIRETRAN to import the medical record of my CNH, which is from Rio de Janeiro, to be able to take a course. They simply created a lot of obstacles to not proceed with the service (and they didn't), even though I had the fee paid and all the documents in hand. In fact, Divinópolis is bad for public servants. Although civil servants don't give a damn about good service, at the end of the month their salaries will be there, well or badly. They had to privatize everything, then the service would improve.
