★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cirurgião experiente que trabalha com equipe ( anestesista, assistentes ) igualmente qualificados. Em sua consulta o candidato à cirurgia tem todas as sua dúvidas esclarecidas através de extensas descrições dos possíveis procedimentos, em uma linguagem simples e de fácil compreensão pelo público leigo. O candidato só termina a consulta quando se sente confortável com as informações recebidas. Os procedimentos cirúrgicos, mesmo os mais simples, somente são realizados em ambientes ambulatoriais/hospitalares que possuam suporte para uma remota possibilidade de emergência. Nunca em seu consultório. Exames pré-operatórios e de risco são sempre exigidos. A preocupação com a segurança do paciente vem sempre em primeiro lugar. Algumas pessoas a quem recomendei o Dr. Roberto não tiveram seu procedimento efetuado por ele, pois na opinião dele os resultados não seriam satisfatórios, não atenderiam às expectativas do candidato, o candidato não atendia algum pré-requisito de segurança da cirurgia ( alguma debilidade na saúde do candidato, por exemplo ), o procedimento desejado pelo candidato não tinha técnica de estabelecida eficácia no meio médico, ou por alguma outra contra-indicação circunstancial para o procedimento ( pouca idade, excessivo sobrepeso, etc.. ) . Conheço o Dr. Roberto há pelo menos 25 anos. Minha mãe, colegas homens e mulheres, indicados por mim, ficaram satisfeitos com o trabalho do Dr. Roberto Ferraz e sua equipe.
Experienced surgeon working with equally qualified staff (anesthetist, assistants). In his consultation the surgery candidate has all his doubts answered through extensive descriptions of the possible procedures, in a simple language that is easily understood by the lay public. The candidate only ends the consultation when he is comfortable with the information received. Even the simplest surgical procedures are only performed in outpatient / hospital settings that support a remote possibility of emergency. Never in your office. Preoperative and risky exams are always required. Concern for patient safety always comes first. Some people to whom I recommended Dr. Roberto did not have his procedure performed by him, because in his opinion the results would not be satisfactory, would not meet the expectations of the candidate, the candidate did not meet any safety prerequisite of surgery (some weakness in health of the candidate, for example), the procedure desired by the candidate did not have a technique of established efficacy in the medical setting, or by any other circumstantial contraindication to the procedure (young age, overweight, etc.). I've known Dr. Roberto for at least 25 years. My mother, male and female colleagues, indicated by me, were pleased with the work of Dr. Roberto Ferraz and his team.
