★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo serviço! Velocidade muito mais baixa que a vendida, sinal cai o tempo todo e o atendimento (suporte técnico) é péssimo. Não recomendo a contratação desse prestador.
 Poor service! Much lower speed than sold, signal drops all the time and the service (technical support) is terrible. I do not recommend hiring this provider.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toda vez que chove, queima meu roteador(já troquei 5x). A pior linha de internet que já vi. Preso por este provedor pq no meu condomínio é o único que chega. Internet oscilando. Na imagem estou comparando uma normal e Sigmanet. Vou cancelar e rotear o Wi-Fi do meu celular q é bemmmm melhor.
Every time it rains, it burns my router (I've already changed 5x). The worst internet line I've ever seen. Caught by this provider because my condo is the only one that arrives. Internet oscillating. In the image I'm comparing a normal and Sigmanet. I will cancel and route the Wi-Fi from my cell phone that is much better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O pior atendimento, não tem suporte, e ainda tem que pegar pelo suporte quando ele for. Aberto hoje reclamação Anatel. Isso é pq tem uma semana que tenho a fibra, se eu soubesse que seria assim, nem teria contratado, agora estou presa em um contrato de fidelidade de 12 meses.
The worst service, there is no support, and you still have to pick up support when it goes. Open today Anatel complaint. This is because I have the fiber for a week, if I knew it would be like this, I wouldn't even have hired it, now I'm stuck in a 12-month loyalty contract.

Estou sem internet a 3 dias, nenhum deles agenda uma visita técnica, desligam na sua cara, e quando agendam a visita técnica é só pra depois de muitos dias, semanas para ser específico, resumindo, se não quiser ter dor de cabeça, não assinem com um lixo desses, só estresse.
Dar uma estrela para isso é uma ofensa, deveria ter a opção de -100 estrelas. Horrível.
A garbage, never sign with a company of thieves, dishonest, convoluted.
I've been without internet for 3 days, none of them schedule a technical visit, they hang up on you, and when they schedule the technical visit, it's just for many days, weeks to be specific, in short, if you don't want to have a headache, don't sign with garbage like that, just stress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, sistema horrível, minha mãe está pagando a internet des de dezembro sem estar usando pq um dos funcionários cortaram o fio de internet no poste dela pra ligar pra algum outro vizinho ( sei la que rolo fizeram) des de então ela liga pra resolver o problema e ninguém resolve nada. Agora esta 2 meses ligando todos os dias pra tentar fazer o cancelamento e toda vez desligam no meio da ligação. Ja ligou na Anatel e mesmo assim não resolveram o problema. Empresa totalmente antiética e nada profissional.
Bad company, horrible system, my mother has been paying for the internet since December without using it because one of the employees cut the internet wire on her pole to call some other neighbor (I don't know what they did) since then she calls to solve it the problem and nobody solves anything. Now it's been 2 months calling every day to try to cancel and every time they hang up in the middle of the call. Already called Anatel and still they did not solve the problem. Totally unethical and unprofessional company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei sem internet numa quinta-feira. Liguei para o suporte e agendaram visita para a segunda-feira. Fiquei 5 dias sem internet e com reuniões a serem feitas. Poderiam tratar o cliente com mais importância.
I had no internet on a Thursday. I called support and they scheduled a visit for Monday. I was 5 days without internet and with meetings to be made. They could treat the customer more importantly.
