★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento frio como sempre. As vezes chega a parecer descaso. Além mudaram o preço do aluguel do andador no meio do mês e sem avisar e ao questionar disseram que era assim mesmo e que não tinha como avisar... simplesmente um descaso e desrespeito com o cliente.
Cold service as always. Sometimes it seems to be dismissive. In addition they changed the price of the rent of the walker in the middle of the month and without warning and when questioning said that it was the same and that had no way to warn ... simply a disregard and disrespect with the client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marquei horário às 13h e cheguei 13h03. A podóloga Graça adiantou a cliente das 14h e não me atendeu no horário combinado. Se o horário está marcado, cumpra o horário. Se eu tivesse atrasado 15 minutos, 20 minutos eu não reclamaria e pediria desculpas.
Descaso e falta de respeito. Quem perdeu um cliente? A Martinelli ou a podóloga? Quem decide adiantar atendimento?
I made an appointment at 13h and arrived at 13h03. The podiatrist Graça brought the client forward from 2pm and didn't answer me at the agreed time. If the time is set, stick to the time. If I had delayed 15 minutes, 20 minutes I would not complain and apologize.
Neglect and lack of respect. Who lost a customer? Martinelli or the podiatrist? Who decides to advance attendance?
