★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moro em Brasília/DF e meus pais, com 70 anos, moram na Zona Norte de São Paulo.
Hoje pela manhã tive uma das experiências mais difíceis da minha vida.
Após meu pai fazer uma cirurgia considerada simples em 19/12/19 e sofrer algumas complicações no pós-cirúrgico que o levaram à UTI, onde ficou de 22/12/19 até 14/01/20, finalmente ele foi para o quarto e deve voltar para casa nos próximos dias.
Como o caso dele ainda não se resolveu totalmente e diante do desgaste que teve durante todo o período em que está internado, deverá ir para casa para continuar a se restabelecer com algumas limitações de mobilidade e depois prosseguir no tratamento.
A experiência difícil a qual me referi acima foi a de ter de ir à uma loja comprar uma cadeira de rodas, uma cadeira de banho e um andador para meu pai usar quando for para casa. Isso realmente me marcou. É uma tarefa muito difícil de se fazer, pois é realizada em razão de uma pessoa que amamos muito estar com sérias limitações físicas e problemas de saúde preocupantes... Isso entristece nosso coração! Mas há coisas na vida que temos de enfrentar... E assim tem sido.
Na Cirúrgica Tucuruvi, além de encontrar os melhores preços e produtos de excelente qualidade, fomos atendidos - eu, minha esposa e filhos que me acompanharam - com muito carinho e atenção por todos lá, especialmente pelo vendedor, que nos atendeu inicialmente, como também pela Sra Antônia, que acredito ser a proprietária.
O bom preço, a qualidade dos produtos e do atendimento foram pontos fortes!
Em relação ao atendimento, ressalto o conhecimento do material vendido, a prestação de informações técnicas e sobre a qualidade superior ou inferior dos modelos e marcas disponibilizadas de cada item, a honestidade e, sobretudo, na maneira humana e fraterna de atender.
Acho que esse foi o ponto que nos marcou. A maneira honesta, educada e fraterna de atender nos fez sentir acolhidos! Isso não tem preço!...??????
Ah, o estacionamento gratuito ao lado da loja é muito útil!??????
E o estabelecimento aceita transferência bancária também! Isso facilitou bastante para nós, que estamos com uma rotina muito corrida e estressante, desde 19/12/19, em razão dos problemas de saúde que meu amado pai vem enfrentando!...

I live in Brasília/DF and my parents, who are 70 years old, live in the North Zone of São Paulo.
This morning I had one of the most difficult experiences of my life.
After my father had a surgery considered simple on 12/19/19 and suffered some post-surgical complications that took him to the ICU, where he stayed from 12/22/19 to 01/14/20, finally he went to his room and should return home in the next few days.
As his case has not yet been fully resolved and in view of the wear and tear he had during the entire period he was hospitalized, he should go home to continue to recover with some mobility limitations and then continue with the treatment.
The difficult experience I referred to above was having to go to a store to buy a wheelchair, a shower chair and a walker for my father to use when he goes home. It really ticked me off. It is a very difficult task to do, as it is performed because a person we love very much has serious physical limitations and worrisome health problems... This saddens our hearts! But there are things in life that we have to face... And so it has been.
At Cirúrgica Tucuruvi, in addition to finding the best prices and excellent quality products, we were served - myself, my wife and children who accompanied me - with great care and attention by everyone there, especially by the salesperson, who served us initially, as well as by the Mrs. Antonia, who I believe to be the owner.
The good price, the quality of the products and the service were strong points!
Regarding service, I emphasize the knowledge of the material sold, the provision of technical information and on the superior or inferior quality of the models and brands available for each item, the honesty and, above all, the humane and fraternal way of serving.
I think that was the point that marked us. The honest, polite and fraternal way of attending made us feel welcomed! This is priceless!...??????
Ah, the free parking next to the store is very useful!??????
And the establishment accepts bank transfer too! This made it a lot easier for us, who have had a very busy and stressful routine since 12/19/19, due to the health problems that my beloved father has been facing!...
