★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo e revoltante, nunca mais compro nada nesse lugar! O funcionário Gregori foi extremamente grosso, jocoso, desrespeitoso e infantil com minha mãe. Total falta de respeito.
O problema não é só esse tipo de comportamento de funcionário, o problema também é MAL CARÁTER da gerência que se negou a trocar meu aparelho justificando que: estava faltando um item e o aparelho tinha sido aberto.
Acontece que quem abriu o aparelho foi a própria vendedora da loja (pra mostrar que o aparelho funcionava) e o item faltante nunca nem esteve presente.
De novo, não compre nesse lugar!!!!
Existem várias outras lojas que vendem os mesmos itens, poupe-se do stress de uma compra arrependida.
Terrible and disgusting service, I never buy anything in this place again! Employee Gregori was extremely rude, playful, disrespectful and childish to my mother. Total lack of respect.
The problem is not only this type of employee behavior, the problem is also MAL CHARACTER from the management that refused to change my device, justifying that: an item was missing and the device had been opened.
It turns out that who opened the device was the store's own salesperson (to show that the device worked) and the missing item was never even present.
Again, don't shop at this place!!!!
There are several other stores that sell the same items, save yourself the stress of a regretful purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Olha, estou surpreendido com o atendimento, cortesia da equipe, tanto pelo watssap, ligações realizadas, a forma online as compras e presencialmente e impecável a forma de atendimento e tratamento com os clientes, eu não sabia como funcionava o processo de como manipular o item que comprei ao liguei, as meninas me explicaram de uma maneira tão simples que aprendi com apenas elas falando como qué se faz, e em especial a Priscila, que ela tem uma firmeza, clareza sobre como fazer as coisas que eu entendi muito bem.
Eu Super Recomendo essa loja, que ja comprei em vários lugares, mas essa loja e sem igual...
Obrigado a todos pelo excelente atendimento.
Isso eu digo de mim, e de meus pacientes que envio esta loja, e eles confirma o que digo, é show...
