Não deixaram concluir o atendimento via telefone me direcionando ao Whatsapp. Não tinha o produto que eu precisava me informaram que chegaria dia 'tal'... O dia 'tal' chegou e mesmo perguntando sobre a chegada do produto, senti um certo descaso, pois todas as vezes que perguntei, falaram que assim que chegasse iriam me avisar....faltando pouco pra loja fechar me informaram que o produto chegou...ou seja, contava com o produto ... No dia seguinte pedi o produto novamente para ser entregue, fui informada que para entregar o motoboy era a parte em dinheiro..se eu quisesse pagar no cartão seria outro valor..Mesmo em uma pandemia encontramos um atendimento sem empatia e sem resonsabilidade com os clientes.

They did not let me finish the service via phone directing me to Whatsapp. I didn't have the product I needed, they informed me that 'such' day would arrive ... The 'such' day arrived and even asking about the product's arrival, I felt a certain disregard, because every time I asked, they said that as soon as it arrived they would let me know .... the store was close a little while they informed me that the product arrived ... that is, it had the product ... The next day I asked for the product again to be delivered, I was informed that to deliver the motoboy it was the part in cash ... if I wanted to pay on the card it would be another value ... Even in a pandemic we found a service without empathy and without responsibility with customers.
