★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento de um senhor que desconhecia os produtos mas que queria vender os mesmos....
Na data de hoje estive no local, e não percebi que Não estava por trás das correntes que me afastavam do caixa. Grosseiramente este senhor , me abordou para dizer que eu deveria estar atrás das correntes.
Me desculpei com a atendente do caixa, mas nao retorno jamais neste local. Na rua temos várias casas cirurgicas e não há a necessidade de me expor a tal grosseria.
Lamentável.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compramos uma bota imobilizadora, marca Hidroligth R$ 175,00, produto de baixa qualidade. Em 10 dias de uso descosturou toda, achamos que era um problema pontual e quando trocado, em 5 dias apresentou o mesmo defeito, esta descosturando novamente. Qdo entrado em contato com a loja, a pessoa que atendeu disse que a loja não possue e-mail, e que não poderia fornecer nada para podermos formalizar por escrito nossa reclamação ao estabelecimento. Sendo que minha filha esta com o pé quebrado, e não tem ninguém na loja para autorizar a troca. Estamos com viagem marcada e teremos que cancelar, devido o pé quebrado e a falta de préstimos e má conduta da loja. Afinal, estamos falando de um equipamento que não pode ficar sem sua finalidade, que é a imobilização do membro quebrado. Recomendo não comprarem nessa loja e nem essa marca de produto.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom atendimento e atenção, consegui os produtos que precisava, na loja 2. mas indico que Não entrem pela primeira loja um . Ao dar boa tarde, uma moça falou vá ao caixa, pois não vou atender ninguém que estou limpando, chegando no caixa um senhor nem olhou em meus olhos e já me empurrou pro outro caixa onde esperei alguns minutos onde não sabiam onde estava meu pedido feito por telefone.
Até que uma moça da segunda loja veio me atender e foi super simpática me explicando tudo.
