★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre vou nessa loja quando preciso comprar joelheiras, itens de compressão pra praticar esportes - o preço da loja é justo, os atendentes te deixam experimentar os itens pra ver se os tamanhos estão corretos e sempre te dão várias opções de marcas e preços. Recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefonei para a loja e consultei o preço de um produto para pagamento à vista. Mas como por telefone não se pode ver a cor das pessoas me trataram com normalidade. Combinei de ir buscar o produto no mesmo dia. Chegando na loja entrei, fiquei parada perto do balcão a vendedora estava de costas conversando com dois outros funcionários. Os funcionários que me avistaram ficaram me olhando como se eu fosse uma extraterrestre e sem me perguntar se podiam me ajudar. Quando a mulher do balcão finalmente se virou e me viu, foi ríspida comigo. Eu falei que havia telefonado, falado com fulana de tal e que a mesma tinha me confirmado determinado valor para pagamento à vista. Daí a mulher do balcão disse que iria verificar com a pessoa o que realmente a pessoa tinha me falado. Ela voltou e falou que o valor que tinham me passado era para pagamento À VISTA (foi assim que ela falou comigo, por isso as letras em caixa alta). Eu respondi que sabia que era valor para pagamento a vista. Sempre seca, ela foi pegou o produto, me mostrou etc.. e me levou até o Caixa onde estava outra mulher (um daqueles que me olhou como se eu fosse um ET). Daí a balconista falou o preço que era para cobrar. A mulher do Caixa que já tinha escutado a minha conversa com a balconista (pois o caixa fica próximo do balcão), frisou novamente que aquele valor era para pagamento À VISTA (só faltou desenhar como se eu fosse néscia). Eu disse pra ela que ao telefone, antes de ir até a loja, eu já tinha entendido que o valor era para pagamento á vista. A mulher do Caixa disse que ela era a terceira pessoa com eu estava falando então ela também tinha que repetir que o valor era à vista. Ou seja, quando um negro entra na loja, além deles só faltarem pegar uma vassoura e enxotar a pessoa porta afora, todos os funcionários fazem questão de tratar pessoa de forma fria, ríspida. E grosseiramente, certificar-se de a pessoa tem dinheiro para pagar o que entrou na loja para comprar. Gentinha pedante de nariz empinado. Eu não me troco por esses tipinhos. Tenho boa índole, não me comporto de forma desprezível com ninguém. Me enojam, me dão asco, mas não vão conseguir apagar minha luz e com a permissão de Deus ela há de continuar a brilhar.
I called the store and consulted the price of a product for cash payment. But as you can't see the color of people over the phone, they treated me normally. The employees who saw me were looking at me as if I were an extraterrestrial and without asking me if they could help me. When the woman at the counter finally turned and saw me, she was sharp with me. I said that I had called, talked to so and so and that she had confirmed a certain amount for payment in cash. Then the woman at the counter said she would check with the person what the person had really said to me. She came back and said that the amount they had given me was for VISA payment (that's how she spoke to me, that's why the letters in upper case). I replied that I knew it was a cash payment amount. Always dry, she took the product, showed me etc ... and took me to the cashier where another woman was (one of those who looked at me as if I were an ET). Then the clerk said the price that was to be charged. The woman at the cashier who had already overheard my conversation with the clerk (since the cashier is close to the counter), stressed again that that amount was for VISA payment (we just needed to draw as if I were foolish). I told her that on the phone, before going to the store, I already understood that the amount was for cash payment. The Caixa woman said she was the third person I was talking to, so she also had to repeat that the amount was in cash. In other words, when a black man enters the store, in addition to just missing a broom and shooing the person out the door, all the employees make a point of treating people coldly, harshly. And crudely, make sure the person has money to pay for what came into the store to buy. Gentle pedant with a pointed nose. I don't change for these guys. I have a good character, I do not behave contemptuously to anyone. They disgust me, they disgust me, but they won't be able to turn off my light and with God's permission it will continue to shine.

Estou indignado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre que precisei de meia de compressão, fui à loja Doutor Mix que apresenta preço pouco menor,
tem atendimento preciso e atencioso. Já vi pessoas insistirem para comprar meias de acordo com a recomendação médica (porém sem terem tirado as medidas) e a funcionária dar uma verdadeira aula do porquê a medida informada pelo médico não estar correta. Só após experimentar as duas medidas o cliente acabou concordando com o que a funcionária tentava explicar. Isso é competência profissional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sao extorsivos e de mal caráter, registrei inclusive reclamação no "Reclame aqui" e junto ao PROCON, em época de pandemia. No dia 20 de marco de 2020, minha esposa (profissional de saude) comprou 5 mascaras PFF2 no valor de 630,00 reais, isso mesmo 126,00 reais cada (preço de custo aproximado de 3,00-10,00). Tentei entrar em contato com a loja sem sucesso tanto por telefone como pelo WhatsApp pois fui bloqueado. Nao recomendo a loja, se aproveitar de consumir em momento de desespero.
They are extortionate and of bad character, I even registered a complaint in "Complain here" and with PROCON, in a pandemic season. On March 20, 2020, my wife (health professional) bought 5 PFF2 masks worth 630.00 reais, that's right 126.00 reais each (approximate cost price of 3.00-10.00). I tried to contact the store without success either by phone or WhatsApp as I was blocked. I do not recommend the store, if you take advantage of consuming in a moment of despair.
