Ressalto que esse pedido de remédio foi feito.para uma senhora de 74 anos passando muito mal de dengue . Telefonei várias vezes para saber o motivo da demora é ninguém da loja sabia explicar... Total falta de respeito ao cliente, com certeza .

Consta a informação que a farmácia abre às 7:00. Não estava aberta. Se a informação está correta os funcionários não. Se está errada, que gerência é essa não sabe nem informar o horário de abertura da loja? Moro no condomínio em que a farmácia está. Acabei de ter todos os motivos para buscar qualquer outra menos a que está localizada na porta da minha casa.
Total lack of respect and professionalism.
There is information that the pharmacy opens at 7:00. It was not open. If the information is correct the employees will not. If it is wrong, what management is it that does not know or inform the opening hours of the store? I live in the condominium where the pharmacy is. I just had every reason to look for anything but the one on my doorstep.
