O prédio é amplo e arejado, uma construção que proporciona a integração entre as partes.
Logo na recepção possui um guichê de informações, muito útil para deslocamento dentro do mesmo, pois o edifício é todo setorizado.
Deparei- me com pessoas simpáticas e muito solícitas, todas em suas respectivas áreas de atuação.
O acesso ao local é fácil, tem amplo estacionamento e é servido por uma linha especial de transporte público.

The building is large and airy, a construction that provides integration between the parts.
Right at the reception, there is an information booth, very useful for moving around within it, as the building is all sectored.
I came across friendly and very helpful people, all in their respective areas of expertise.
Access to the site is easy, has ample parking and is served by a special line of public transport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É um lugar muito organizado, bonito e prazeroso de estar. Sempre que preciso resolver algo, aproveito para apreciar o local e saborear algo delicioso no Bistrô, que também serve almoço. E antes de ir embora, levo frutas fresquinhas da barraca de um produtor da cidade, que fica na lateral da entrada/saída. Amo! Se não conhece, vale a pena! Sou fã do nosso Paço Municipal.
It is a very organized, beautiful and pleasant place to be. Whenever I need to solve something, I take the opportunity to enjoy the place and taste something delicious at the Bistro, which also serves lunch. And before I leave, I take fresh fruit from the stall of a producer in the city, which is on the side of the entrance/exit. Master! If you don't know, it's worth it! I'm a fan of our City Hall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posso parecer chato, exigente ou implicante, mas ao passar no prédio e procurar pelo balcão do empreendedor, sou atendido pelo guarda e informado que hoje, dia 14/04/2022 (quinta feira) que não irão trabalhar pois imendaram o feriado que será só amanhã sexta-feira. O contribuinte que se vire e pague seus impostos em dia para manter essa mamata. Inacreditável!
I may seem boring, demanding or teasing, but when I pass the building and look for the entrepreneur's desk, I am attended by the guard and informed that today, 04/14/2022 (Thursday) that they will not work because they have amended the holiday that will only be tomorrow friday. The taxpayer who turns around and pays his taxes on time to keep this booze. Unbelievable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para resolver meu cadastro no Balcão do Empreendedor e no Tributário... de um modo geral fui bem atendido, rápido e direcionado, inclusive na recepção na entrada. A maioria do serviço pode se fiz digitalizado... mas, por pequeno erro sistêmico foi necessário atendimento presencial. Gratidão
I went to solve my registration at the Entrepreneur's Desk and at the Tax Office... in general I was well attended, fast and directed, including at the reception at the entrance. Most of the service could be done digitally... but, due to a small systemic error, face-to-face assistance was required. Gratitude
