Dealing with him was an outstanding experience from initial contact via email through to saying goodbye late in the evening.
Marco went out of his way to ensure we had a great tour in Rio and also arranged at our request, tickets for the samba show we wanted to attend after our day tour. After taking us back to our hotel after our tour he returned later to take and collect us from the show.
His English was good and was very knowledgeable about Rio.
We have no hesitation recommending him.

It was really nice to not have to plan my tour of Rio de Janeiro myself, and instead I got to sit back and enjoy being taken to all the sights. Marco curated the tour for my tastes, showing me popular destinations, and more private favorites of his that matched my preference for nature and parks and beautiful vistas.
Beyond sharing interesting history, Marco discussed interesting topics about religion, cultural norms, and government policy. He is a good read of people, and keep the conversation curated to be interesting for his guests. I really enjoyed my tour with Marco!

He explained all the history behind the places we visited, took all the time to take the BEST pictures in with the best locations, he knows ALL the shortcuts, and believe me - he has EVERYTHING you could possibly need in his car. He can fit the most popular locations in one day. He will definitely accommodate to your preferences and make your visit to Rio A BEAUTIFUL DAY EXPERIENCE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last week I had an 8 hour tour around Rio with Marco. I’m really glad I found him on Instagram.
He was very helpful even before we met. He sent me the list of some good hotels to stay at.
The tour was amazing. Highly recommend. Especially if you’re in Rio for a short period of time. During one day we visited all the main places I wanted to see.
It was a pleasant surprise that besides telling interesting stories about all the places, Marco was taking pictures and videos of me with his camera. All the pictures are so good. He also edited a nice video of me from our tour.
It was an amazing day. Thanks for those wonderful memories, Marco! I’m in love with all the pictures and the video. You’re the best tour guide and the best photographer ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to Rio from London for 3 days. Unfortunately the weather was not in our favour, it was 3 full days of rain.
We initially had one full day tour booked only and ended up having 3 days of tour with Marco.
Marco is the best guide/city tour in Rio (being Brazilian and visiting rio more than once I can assure this). He was flexible, professional, caring, gave us all the attention, suggestions, tips, he was very creative in adapting the tour to our needs (especially because of the rain). We were going to end up in the hotel or stuck in a museum and he was taking us/showing us around.
Small things that make all difference. Marco takes us for the tour in a very comfortable and very clean car. He takes us to the tour and cares about our safety. He is very helpful and attentive, helping with pictures and all. Even when we are not on the tour he gives 100% support on Whatzaap with recommendations.
Thank you Marco! We are very grateful for all you’ve done for us. We will come back for sure and let’s get the sunshine booked in advance this time :)
