The lab is excellent. Good service, education of the employees, super experienced collectors and it also has the hygiene factor, cleanliness, note 10. It fulfills its promise. I highly recommend. MY PCR came out in a timely manner on the trip. Excellent service.

Sempre atendida em todos os momentos que precisei. Outro detalhe: entrega de resultados em tempo consideravelmente curto, em vista de outros laboratórios. Totalmente satisfeita! Gratidão a todos!
Super satisfied with the service, scheduling, data registration, as well as the collection itself. The home service is also excellent, agile and comfortable for the customer. Always attended to whenever I needed it. Another detail: delivery of results in a considerably short time, in view of other laboratories. Totally satisfied! Gratitude to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estou há 01:30h numa fila e ninguém do laboratório se prontificou a organizar a fila ou ainda a dar qualquer informação de como está sendo organizado o atendimento. Pessoas que chegaram muito tempo depois já foram atendidos. Em tempos de covid ter que passar a todo momento pelo corredor, sem distanciamento, pra chegar até a recepção pra pedir informações, é totalmente arbitrário pra uma clínica laboratorial. Não indico a ninguém.
I've been in a queue for 01:30h and no one from the laboratory has volunteered to organize the queue or even give any information on how the service is being organized. People who arrived a long time later have already been attended to. In times of covid, having to pass through the corridor at all times, without distancing, to get to the reception to ask for information, is totally arbitrary for a laboratory clinic. I don't recommend it to anyone.
