★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito desorganizada manda ligar para marcar consulta particular quando o cliente liga deixa esperando por mais de 10min. Depois desliga e quando vai a clínica pessoalmente diz que só por telefone para marca .
Essa clínica já teve mais respeito pelo cliente agora me decepcionei

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Essa clínica precisa de vigilância, pois não tem o mínimo de respeito pelos seus clientes. Quando é para marcar a revisão eles dizem que a agenda está cheia e manda a pessoa chegar às 7h para ser atendida depois que atende todo mundo que não é revisão. Sem contar o Dr que toda hora sai para fazer propaganda eleitoral.
Isso tem que ser revisto, nunca mais irei lá nem indicarei ninguém!
This clinic needs surveillance, as it has no respect for its clients. When it is time to schedule the review, they say that the agenda is full and send the person to arrive at 7 am to be attended after he attends everyone who is not a review. Not to mention the Dr who goes out to do electoral propaganda all the time.
This has to be reviewed, I will never go there or refer anyone!
