Inadmissível que uma faculdade, que deveria dar o exemplo de respeito aos cidadãos e às leis do país, envie carros de som às ruas, o que constitui contravenção penal (art. 42 da LCP), crime ambiental (art. 54 da Lei dos Crimes Ambientais), fere o art. 1277 do Direito de Vizinhança do Código Civil, o Código de Posturas do Município, a própria Lei do Silêncio,o art. 228 do Código Nacional de Trânsito, sem contar o art. 225 da nossa Carta Magna. Esse barulho ensurdecedor penetra em nossos lares, afetando a saúde de todos os que por ele são atingidos e ainda desvaloriza todos os imóveis das redondezas. Não por outro motivo já houve quem entrasse na Justiça contra duas dessas empresas e inclusive com ganho de causa. Se fosse um sacolão, era porque era um sacolão; mas uma faculdade agindo dessa forma... Faço ideia do que ensinam. Não serei eu ou qualquer pessoa de meu relacionamento pessoal a frequentar semelhante estabelecimento.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passei por uma situação muito chata: Fiz minha matricula em março de 2018 e fui informado de que a turma já havia iniciado, que tinha perdido aula prática, e no dia 24/03/2018 teria uma aula extra para quem faltou. Liguei diversas vezes para confirmar a aula, inclusive no dia 24, antes de sair de casa. Ao chegar lá ninguém soube informar qual era a sala, entrei em duas salas que estavam tendo aula mas os professores não souberam informar nada e desci de novo, até que a recepcionista me direcionou à secretaria, passei minha situação e me passaram à coordenadora, até que, finalmente ela informou que a turma foi cancelada porque só havia dois alunos matriculados e que a aula do dia 24 havia sido cancelada e não conseguiram me ligar. Tentou me oferecer licenciatura e, ao não aceitar, me orientou a mandar email para implorar que continuassem com a turma, eu claro não o fiz, daí começõu minha saga para pedir meu dinheiro de volta. Depois desse comunicado não recebi qualquer comunicado oficial da faculdade sobre o cancelamento, quando entrava no ambiente do aluno estava tudo normal como se eu estivesse na turma, inclusive com o boleto de abril em aberto.
Liguei várias vezes para a unidade do Rio e de Batatais, no dia 26/03/2018 fui orientado pela unidade do Rio a mandar e-mail para tesouraria para solicitar a devolução do dinheiro que já tinha pago, mas não tive retorno algum, então liguei para a tesouraria em Batatais e fui orientado a aguardar até 04/04/2018. Quase perdi o semestre em andamento e eu que corri atrás das informações para receber meu dinheiro de volta, ninguém da faculdade me ligou ou enviou e-mail para dar satisfações do ocorrido.
Escolhi a Claretiano para estudar após pesquisar muito sobre qual era a melhor faculdade para fazer Bacharelado de Educação Física à distância, fiquei decepcionado com o descaso e por terem me feito acreditar que já existia uma turma formada e que o curso já estava em andamento, sendo que só tinha mais um aluno matriculado nesse curso no polo.

I called several times to confirm the lesson, including on the 24th, before leaving home. When I got there nobody knew how to tell me which room, I went into two rooms that were having classes but the teachers didn't know how to inform anything and I went down again, until the receptionist directed me to the secretary, I passed my situation and they passed me to the coordinator, until that she finally informed me that the class was canceled because there were only two students enrolled and that the class on the 24th had been canceled and they were unable to call me. He tried to offer me a degree and, by not accepting it, he instructed me to send an email to beg them to continue with the class, I of course did not do it, then my saga began to ask for my money back. After that statement, I did not receive any official statement from the college about the cancellation, when I entered the student environment everything was normal as if I were in the class, even with the April bill open.
I called the Rio and Batatais unit several times, on 03/26/2018 I was instructed by the Rio unit to send an e-mail to the treasury to request the return of the money I had already paid, but I had no return, so I called the treasury in Batatais and was told to wait until 04/04/2018. I almost missed the semester in progress and I ran after the information to get my money back, no one from college called or sent me an email to explain what had happened.
I chose Claretiano to study after researching a lot about what was the best college to do a Bachelor of Physical Education at a distance, I was disappointed with the neglect and for having made me believe that there was already a formed class and that the course was already underway, being that there was only one more student enrolled in that course at the polo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Claretiano é uma Faculdade muito bacana! O modelo de avaliação é muito bom e bastante justo, com fóruns, trabalhos escritos, provas interdisciplinares, provas de multipla escolha e prova discursiva. A base teórica deles é ótima! Têm foco na leitura das apostilas, e artigos, estimulando o aluno pelo aprendizado ativo. Se você quer uma faculdade "fácil" de ficar só vendo vídeos, e provas pra você passar sem estudar, dá meia volta, o Claretiano não é pra você.... O Claretiano pede leitura, e por isso prepara bem para com concursos de professores, inclusive as Licenciaturas estão sempre com conteúdos atualizados no documentos novos da Educação, como o BNCC! Para além disso, poucas pessoas sabem mas a Claretiano não tem fins lucrativos, e muitos alunos têm bolsa social. Esse ano me formo na Licenciatura em Biologia, e já estou pensando em fazer uma segunda habilitação, ou uma Pós. Recomendo.
Claretiano is a very nice College! The assessment model is very good and fairly fair, with forums, written assignments, interdisciplinary tests, multiple-choice tests and discursive tests. Their theoretical basis is great! They focus on reading handouts and articles, encouraging students to actively learn. If you want an "easy" college to just watch videos, and exams for you to pass without studying, turn around, Claretiano is not for you.... Claretiano asks for reading, and that's why you prepare well for teachers, including the Degrees, are always with updated content in new Education documents, such as the BNCC! In addition, few people know that Claretiano is not for profit, and many students have a social scholarship. This year I'm graduating from the Licentiate in Biology, and I'm already thinking about doing a second qualification, or a Postgraduate degree. I recommend.
