Bathrooms are always closed, many students in a class, laboratories that do not hold all the students in the class, that is, we are left without practical classes because of this, without course coordination.

Fui aluna da faculdade de Direito da Bennett e não estou conseguindo recuperar o meu histórico. Uma demora de mais de 2 anos e dois meses.. E, eu estou sendo prejudicada! Quero por favor, que me entreguem o meu histórico o quanto antes. Pelo amor de Deus!
The Univeritas group bought the former Bennett College, but is unable to honor the new commitments. I was a student at Bennett's law school and I'm not getting my history back. A delay of more than 2 years and two months.. And, I am being harmed! I want you to give me my history as soon as possible. For the love of God!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo! Minha filha fez o curso de Direito na Univeritas, mas existe uma dificuldade crônica no que tange resolução de problemas. Não recomendo acabei de passar mais de hora sentada a espera do Coordenador do Curso de Direito que simplesmente tem uma enorme dificuldade e dar resolução a problemas simples. Infelizmente as instalações são excelentes, a localização também e etc..Mas essa dificuldade em resolução de problemas acadêmicos, faz com que a faculdade prejudique MUITO os alunos.
Terrible! My daughter took the Law course at Univeritas, but there is a chronic difficulty when it comes to problem solving. I don't recommend it, I just spent more than an hour sitting waiting for the Coordinator of the Law Course, who simply has enormous difficulty in solving simple problems. Unfortunately, the facilities are excellent, the location is also excellent, etc. But this difficulty in solving academic problems causes the college to harm the students A LOT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Concluí a pós graduação há mais de seis meses, e até hoje não recebi ou disponibilizaram o Certificado de Conclusão do Curso. Vários chamados abertos, telefonemas, e-mails, NADA! Sem resposta alguma da Instituição! Ah! Detalhe, se estivesse inadimplente com certeza a cobrança seria diária em meu telefone, e-mail etc.. Ainda estou aguardando resposta por e-mail da Coordenação do curso... Cenas dos próximos pesadelos....
I completed the postgraduate course more than six months ago, and to date I have not received or made available the Course Completion Certificate. Multiple open calls, phone calls, emails, NOTHING! No response from the Institution! Oh! In detail, if I was in default, the charge would certainly be daily on my phone, e-mail, etc.. I'm still waiting for a response by e-mail from the course coordination... Scenes from the next nightmares....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou aluno formado em Ciências Aeronáuticas da Univeritas Polo Flamengo, vai fazer 1 ano que estou tentando receber meu diploma, sou aprovado em concurso público e estou sendo prejudicado a ingressar graças a ingerência da Univeritas.
Atrasaram minha colação de grau por não terem o mínimo de controle e administração, sou aprovado em todas as disciplinas e segundo informações do Polo Flamengo, eu estaria com duas disciplinas pendentes. Após minha contestação, viram que realmente havia um erro.
Fui informado também, que só poderia receber meu diploma com uma nova ID, pois não aceitam CNH, tudo bem, tirei uma nova Identidade Civil somente para isso e enviei por email.
Recebi a resposta do email, informando para eu solicitar por gabinete. Solicitei no número informado, a colação de grau por gabinete e expliquei que estava somente com a pendência de uma documentação, a Identidade Civil, a atendente informou que se houvesse alguma pendência eu seria informado e o prazo seria até 10 dias.
Hj, após quase 15 dias, entrei em contato para saber o porquê da demora e simplesmente fui informado que o chamado foi indefirido por falta de documentação, a Identidade Civil.
Faz mais de 6 meses que esse diploma está em confecção, emissão e ninguém da secretaria da unidade e do CRA sabe informar algo.
Estou sendo feito de palhaço e paciência tem limite, portanto, venho por meio deste, informar que, independente de solução do meu caso, estou ingressando com ação judicial e citando todas as pessoas envolvidas nos emails e contato via telefone e WhatsApp !!!
I'm a student graduated in Aeronautical Sciences at Univeritas Polo Flamengo, it's been 1 year since I've been trying to receive my diploma, I'm approved in a public contest and I'm being harmed to enter thanks to the interference of Univeritas.
They delayed my graduation because they did not have the least control and administration, I am approved in all subjects and according to information from Polo Flamengo, I would have two subjects pending. After my answer, they saw that there really was an error.
I was also informed that I could only receive my diploma with a new ID, because they don't accept CNH, okay, I took a new Civil ID just for that and sent it by email.
I received an email reply, informing me to request by office. I requested at the number informed, the graduation by office and explained that I was only pending a documentation, the Civil Identity, the attendant informed that if there was any pending I would be informed and the deadline would be up to 10 days.
Today, after almost 15 days, I got in touch to find out the reason for the delay and was simply informed that the call was rejected due to lack of documentation, the Civil Identity Card.
This diploma has been in the making and issuance for more than 6 months and no one from the unit's secretariat and CRA knows how to inform anything.
I'm being made a clown and patience has a limit, so I hereby inform you that, regardless of the solution of my case, I'm filing a lawsuit and citing all the people involved in the emails and contact via phone and WhatsApp !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência no que tange a secretária do Rio. Uma demora absurda para entregarem um histórico, são despreparados e mal educados. Não fazem atendimento telefônico, tem problemas em responder por email. É mais fácil pegar um avião e resolver em Recife. Precisei lidar com eles pq fui aluna da faculdade Bennett. Meu caso só foi resolvido quando levei pra direção do RJ e de Recife. Infelizmente, um serviço que deveria ser simples ainda mais por ser uma universidade particular, mas não é. Já fui mais bem atendida em unidade do serviço público com assuntos burocráticos do que nessa instituição. Estou revoltada com a atendimento que recebi de uma funcionária mal educada e totalmente despreparada pra esclarecer uma dúvida na ausência da secretária que estava de férias. Mudem o quadro de funcionários enquanto há tempo ou vão se afundar! A demora não é ocorre pq a secretaria está lotada. Mas, sim, pq os funcionários não querem realizar o trabalho com a devida atenção. São impacientes e mal educados. Fujam!
Bad experience regarding the Rio secretary. An absurd delay to deliver a history, they are unprepared and rude. They don't do phone service, have problems responding by email. It's easier to take a plane and settle in Recife. I had to deal with them because I was a student at Bennett College. My case was only resolved when I took it to the direction of RJ and Recife. Unfortunately, a service that should be simple even more for being a private university, but it is not. I have been better served in a public service unit with bureaucratic matters than in this institution. I am disgusted with the service I received from a rude and totally unprepared employee to clarify a doubt in the absence of the secretary who was on vacation. Change the staff while there's still time or you'll go under! The delay does not occur because the secretariat is full. But, yes, because the employees do not want to carry out the work with due attention. They are impatient and rude. run away!
