★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É uma Loja da Claro, não é franquia, logo lá deveria resolver o problema do cliente, fui lá p/cancelar um plano de Wi-Fi, fizeram um protocolo de cancelamento, mas pediram p/eu ligar ☎️ no 1052?!? Tente ligar p/ver?? Do resto a pessoa que me atendeu, muito cordial e educado, mas saí de lá sem resolver o problema!
 It's a Claro store, it's not a franchise, so it should solve the customer's problem there, I went there to cancel a Wi-Fi plan, they made a cancellation protocol, but they asked me to call ☎️ on 1052?!? Try calling to see?? For the rest, the person who answered me, very cordial and polite, but I left without solving the problem!

Além de simpática, gentil e acolhedora, resolve as demandas que lhe são apresentadas com rapidez, objetividade, competência e efetividade. E isso sempre com sorriso no rosto, independentemente do grande fluxo de pessoas que por lá transita diariamente. Até hoje, não tive uma demanda que não tenha sido resolvida por ela. Estive por alguns minutos na espera e a paciência em que ele explica as coisas para os clientes mais velhos também me encantou. Comigo não foi diferente, atencioso, compreensivo, alegre, sorridente. Resolveu um problemão que tinha a meses, e ainda me surpreendeu com um plano que hoje eu utilizo conforme o que sempre precisei. Já faz 2 meses que estou usando o plano e estou amando. Recomendo este atendimento! Precisamos de profissionais assim! Grata
I would like to highlight here the service provided by Jefferson in this store. Never in my life in Araçatuba have I experienced such a nice and professional service like Jeferson's. I was on hold for a few minutes and the patience with which he explains things to older customers also enchanted me. It was no different with me, attentive, understanding, happy, smiling. It solved a big problem that I had for months, and even surprised me with a plan that I use today as I always needed. I've been using the plan for 2 months now and I'm loving it.
