★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento da loja nem sempre é bom. Mas faço questão de elogiar o atendimento de Ana Rita, que das vezes em que me atendeu foi sempre muito paciente e assertiva. Após ouvir as reclamações buscou diligentemente a solução e encontrou. Um dos problemas era técnico e ela me ajudou a resolver. Também vai um elogio a Jairo, o gerente. Parabéns pela atenção. Que outros funcionários sigam seus exemplos.

Após ficar mais de 30 minutos esperando, e ver 3 clientes que chegaram depois de mim serem atendidos, fui embora sem ser atendido. Só avaliei com 3 estrelas, porque depois de jantar, voltei a mesma loja, um outro funcionário me atendeu rapidamente e resolveu um problema que estava quase fazendo eu migrar de operadora.
Pelo primeiro atendimento seriam 0 estrelas.
I tried to withdraw a password and an employee informed me that I was calling for arrival order. After staying more than 30 minutes waiting, and seeing 3 customers who arrived after me were taken care of, I left without being attended. I only evaluated with 3 stars, because after dinner, I returned the same store, another employee attended me quickly and solved a problem that was almost making me migrating from the operator.
