â â â â â Solicitei a alteração do meu plano claro atraves de ligaçÔes na central de atendimento da claro, a pois, estou precisando reduzir custo, pois, em casa somente meu marido estĂĄ trabalhando atualmente e comentei com o atendente que eu tinha visto uma promoção em uma das minhas redes sociais de um plano de 8GB +4GB de bonus com condiçÔes limitadas para redes sociais como instagram, facebook e whatshapp por R$ 49,99 eles me informaram que nĂŁo pode reduzir meu plano pois, estou com plano superior a este e que eu teria que adquirir um com condiçÔes de serviço inferior a este mas com mesmo valor, aĂ tentou me "jogar" um plano de 49,00 3GB com limitaçÔes de redes sociais.
Preciso que algum responsavel me ajude com essa troca e pare de lesar seus clientes.

I asked to change my clear plan by calling the Claro service center, so I need to reduce costs, because at home only my husband is currently working and I told the attendant that I had seen a promotion at one of my social networks of an 8GB + 4GB bonus plan with limited conditions for social networks like instagram, facebook and whatshapp for R $ 49.99 they informed me that they cannot reduce my plan because, I have a plan higher than this and that I would have to purchase one with service conditions lower than this but with the same value, then tried to "play" me a 49.00 3GB plan with limitations of social networks.
I need someone responsible to help me with this exchange and stop harming their customers.
