Eles não possuem informações úteis, a não ser daquelas impressas em folder. Não tem autonomia para resolver problemas, possivelmente. Me direcionaram para uma central de reclamação da Cidade, para cancelar um plano, onde eu queria dar um upgrade de conta. Lamentável, um exemplo a não ser seguido de foco em cliente.
Terrible attendance.
They have no useful information, except for those printed in a folder. Possibly has no autonomy to solve problems. They directed me to a complaint center in the City to cancel a plan, where I wanted to upgrade my account. Unfortunately, an example not to be followed by a focus on the customer.
