★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisei realizar uma portabilidade, mais infelizmente não encontrei um atendimento interessado em me ajudar, muito provavelmente por querer um plano mais simples. Talvez por isso que a loja estava vazia. Acessei o site da claro e comprei um chip de uma banca de revista e consegui resolver o problema que essa loja não conseguiu (na verdade nem tentou resolver). Espero que possam melhorar a qualidade do atendimento, qualificado mais os vendedores. Obrigado!
