Top service, I loved the store, it smells good.

My Asus cell phone with a full battery I took it in another store but it didn't work out the model is the brand but Sun Cell worked out to give 90 days of guarantees and I took Multilaser the screen was good I'm using me 10 stars

A big one, they made me buy a more expensive cable because it had a 30-day guarantee to stop working with less than 30 days and they kept making excuses for not changing. It started with bad contact and ended like this. TRICKS.

Nothing to complain about, great service, changed the glass of the cell phone that broke. But the quality of the photos is very compromised.

I only give one star because I can't give less! Things are very expensive and they ask for professionalism. I went there today to buy a cell phone holder for a car and they gave me a broken one, I showed it and they said I broke it, I showed another problem and they said it was me too. I stayed there and they just gave me the money back and sent me away because they didn't want me to go back there again with another "problem". Avoid anger and do not visit this "assistance".

Team totally unprepared to serve the customer, the owner and her brother do not know how to dialogue with the customer. I was almost ASSAULTED by it, because I was totally out of control, screaming and offending me for free. It is extremely impolite. I don't recommend it to anyone unfortunately.

-I'm even disgusted to pass in front of that store.- Terrible technical assistance, I took my cell phone (Moto G5S) a while ago for the repair (screen went out of nowhere and came back), I went to make the budget (the mistake started there in their part, they said I could go get the cell phone or cell phone 2 days later and I was only able to get it 3 days later because the technician didn’t want to close the phone anymore that day, and when I went to get the phone I wasn’t ready for it yet, they stuck the display only when I went to get it, something that could have been done in the first term) and I was charged 290 reais to fix it, initially I refused, but I came back a few days later and accepted it because I thought it would return to zero, then the regret with this store started, they gave me a term of 2 days to fix it and when it arrived on time they said they still didn't have the part for my cell phone, it was like that for 2-3 days, I didn't even call the store to ask about the cell phone anymore, I went straight to the store to see their wooden face. When I FINALLY got my phone it was normal, I bought the film at the store and left. A while later the phone got a ghost touch and I noticed that the battery was discharging with 30 minutes or less of use in simple things like using Whats -App and access the social networks (before taking it there it took 3-4 hours to download while playing), and suddenly the cellphone wiped the screen again and only returned the next day. I returned for assistance because the cell phone was still missing 3 days to end its warranty. The clerk said that 2 days later I could go and get it, they forced it to MAXIMUM until the warranty expired (they only allowed me to get it 2 days after the warranty expired) and handed me the cell phone, they said they only did deoxidation of the display, they didn't change the part and nor did they give me extra warranty time, they just wanted to end the previous warranty. The cell phone returned "normal" again to my hands and I was just having the battery problem. After 2 months the cell phone presented (still has today) a problem of restarting alone without stopping and to this day I am without a cell phone because of the poor quality parts that they put on my cell phone. I will not return because I do not trust and do not recommend ANYONE to go to that store. -ATTENTION- I feel that this store exchanges the original parts without defects of the cell phones for a worse one to profit more, as happened with my battery and / or other parts of my cell since it is not possible to see the repair of the cell phone. I have no evidence so I am not stating with 100% certainty about it, only the warning is there for those who intend to go to their assistance. -Opera summary- I have been without a cell phone for 5 months because I trusted my cell phone in this store and paid 290 reais for a poor quality display that only lasted 5 months and even came with a battery with a gift problem, take your cell phone to Beco da Poeira that the service there is with the same parts and WELL cheaper and you can still receive the device on time.
