★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estava com um B.O da central pra resolver à mais ou menos umas 3 semanas. Já tinha desistido e fui na loja para trocar de operadora. Cheguei lá, fui surpreendida com o ótimo atendimento e atenção da vendedora katelin que me atendeu. Sai de lá com tudo resolvido graças a ela!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja o atendimento foi rápido. Porém os seus representantes da loja só quer vender produtos . Eu como cliente fui só pegar um chip com o mesmo número para ser colocado no meu novo aparelho.
Fica oferecendo produtos mesmo que vc não queira fica insistindo. E horrível.
The store service was fast. However your store representatives only want to sell products. As a customer, I just got a chip with the same number to put on my new device.
Keep offering products even if you don't want to keep insisting. It's horrible.

A caixa nem se fala extremamente grossa e insatisfeita com o trabalho que tem.
O painel de senha não funciona e os funcionários não fazem questão de serem ouvidos pelo cliente enquanto cantam os números da senha.
Péssima experiência não recomendo pra ninguém buscar auxílio nessa loja.
Me senti desrespeitada como cliente.
