Ao contratar o plano por WhatsApp foram atenciosos, porém, até assinar o contrato, omitiram informações e prometeram descontos dos quais não foram aplicados e só descobri após receber a primeira fatura.
Imediatamente, contatei o vendedor pelo mesmo número que fechei contrato e se quer me responderam, liguei e não atendiam (recusavam as ligações).
Ao comparecer até a loja, o atendimento com o gerente foi pior, péssimo, não soube esclarecer nada e precisa aprender a lidar com o cliente, pois não é um comportamento adequado para o cargo que ocupa e para o serviço que é prestado.
Procederei com reclamação na ouvidoria da claro, para que esse tipo de situação jamais ocorra.
Um conselho, ao buscar por lojas físicas, evitem esta da unidade do Novo Shopping.

When hiring the WhatsApp plan, they were attentive, however, until signing the contract, they omitted information and promised discounts for which they were not applied and I only found out after receiving the first invoice.
Immediately, I contacted the seller by the same number that I signed the contract and if they answered me, I called and they did not answer (they refused the calls).
When she went to the store, the service with the manager was worse, terrible, she didn't know how to clarify anything and she needs to learn to deal with the customer, as it is not an appropriate behavior for the position she occupies and for the service that is provided.
I will proceed with a complaint in the clear ombudsman, so that this type of situation never occurs.
A piece of advice, when looking for physical stores, avoid this one from the Novo Shopping unit.

Fiz a portabilidade , escolhi meu plano e com certeza recomendo a parentes e amigos.
