Depois de uma visita tecnica frustada iria encerrar o contrato
E uma atendente de sensibilifade excepicional prestou todo auxilio da forma profisdional que esperamos e foi realmente a ponte de equelibrio p q o problema se solucionasse e o respaldo fosse satisfatorio
Mantive o cintrato de11 anos ja vigente e ainda passei o tim pra um pos claro pois foi-me apresentado o beneficio pelo mesmo custo ja despreendido
Parabens claro por ter essa qualidade de suporte

Tive propostas para escolher a melhor em qual se encaixava ao meu propósito e a instalação foi muito rápida. Fora que deixaram um telefone à disposição acaso ocorresse algum problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Relacionamento não é um ponto forte da antiga Neet e atual Claro. Mas nesse último atendimento pela primeira vez não tive stress consegui resolver meu problema e fui bem atendida.
Relationship is not a strong point of former Neet and current Claro. But in this last service for the first time I didn't have stress I managed to solve my problem and I was well attended.

É aí que complica.
O atendimento por telefone fica longe, muito longe do razoável.
Muito demorado, não solucionam problemas, não resolvem pendências, quem atende nem sempre é qualificado para solucionar problemas, tem que transferir para outros atendentes, quando se quer cancelar fixa pior, ninguém atende.
