★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive na loja sexta feira dia 27/05/2022,para retirar uma fatura do meu plano na loja tem três funcionários nenhum me viu em pé dentro da loja uma estava mexendo no computador outra estava lendo um papel e outro mexendo no celular ,após eu falar boa tarde somente o funcionário que estava mexendo no celular me respondeu sem me olhar sem parar de mexer no celular ,eu pedi para imprimir a fatura ele sem me olhar pediu o número do meu CPF digitou imprimiu a fatura me entregou sem me olhar sem responder meu obrigada meu boa tarde e as duas outras funcionárias continuaram do mesmo jeito uma no computador outra olhando um papel , achei uma falta de educação ,ignorar o cliente dessa forma .
I was at the store on Friday 05/27/2022, to withdraw an invoice from my plan, the store has three employees, none of them saw me standing inside the store, one was using the computer, another was reading a paper and the other was using the cell phone, after me say good afternoon, only the employee who was using his cell phone replied without looking at me without stopping using his cell phone, I asked to print the invoice he without looking at me asked for my CPF number he typed printed the invoice handed it to me without looking at me without answering thank you my good afternoon and the two other employees continued in the same way, one at the computer, the other looking at a paper, I thought it was rude to ignore the customer like that.
