Deixei um Samsung A71 pra fazer a troca da placa Sub. A mesma foi trocada, porém ao pegar o celular depois de arrumado, o mesmo não tinha mais sinal de operadora mesmo reconhecendo que o chip estava dentro. Quando falei do problema pra funcionária a mesma disse que a placa Sub não tinha nada a ver com isso e que ela não poderia fazer nada. O celular funcionava perfeitamente antes da troca, o único problema era o mal contato durante o carregamento.
Levei em outra assistência, com outra qualificação, onde foram realizados todos os testes referentes ao sinal, desde o mais básico, como resetar as configurações de fábrica, até averiguação do cabo coaxial. A opção restante foi colocar outra placa Sub pra ver o que acontecia e milagrosamente o celular voltou a funcionar perfeitamente.
Quando olhei a placa Sub colocada no meu celular pelo Next Plug, pude constatar a Péssima qualidade da mesma. Em relação a placa que coloquei na outra assistência, a mesma tem a metade dos componentes eletrônicos.
O famoso barato sai caro!
Terrible technical assistance.
I left a Samsung A71 to change the Sub card. The same was changed, but when picking up the cell phone after tidying, it no longer had operator signal even recognizing that the chip was inside. When I told the employee about the problem, she said that the Sub card had nothing to do with it and that she couldn't do anything. The cell phone worked perfectly before the exchange, the only problem was poor contact during charging.
I took it to another service, with another qualification, where all the tests related to the signal were carried out, from the most basic, such as resetting the factory settings, to the investigation of the coaxial cable. The remaining option was to put another Sub card to see what happened and miraculously the cell phone worked perfectly again.
When I looked at the Sub card placed in my cell phone by Next Plug, I could see the poor quality of it. Regarding the board that I put in the other assistance, it has half of the electronic components.
The famous cheap is expensive!
