★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento demorado, levei mais de uma hora pra ser atendida, poucos atendentes, funcionários tirado as máscaras para falar e atendendo clientes que não usavam a máscara (inadmissível). Absurdo, segunda-feira dia útil a loja com 2 atendentes, a fila de espera só aumenta, tinha uma funcionária tentado agilizar sem muito sucesso. Nunca mais volto nessa loja.
Pra completar, a orientação dada pela atendente, de que eu poderia entrar em contato por telefone e completar o atendimento foi mentirosa, meses depois continuo com o problema em aberto, pois onde estou morando não tem loja física e esta solicitação só se resolve em loja física.
Long service, it took me more than an hour to be attended, few attendants, employees took off their masks to speak and attending customers who did not wear the mask (inadmissible). Absurd, Monday business day the store with 2 attendants, the waiting list only increases, there was an employee trying to speed up without much success. I'll never go back to that store again.
To complete, the guidance given by the attendant, that I could contact by phone and complete the service was a liar, months later I still have the problem open, because where I am living there is no physical store and this request is only solved in store physics.

I've been 4 times rescue my number it's always down I pay 49.90 plan this is absurd you can't be stolen of course you don't care about your customers I think I'll go to another operator
